I am a Licensed Massachusetts Residential Real Estate Appraiser with over 20 years of appraisal experience. I can assist in the valuation of any residential home for any purpose including PMI Removal, Divorce, Estate Settlement, Tax Purposes, Abatement's, Refinancing, Buying, Selling, Listing Price Opinions, Private Sale Transactions and Professional Witness Services. In addition to traditional valuation methods, I have experience in all areas of residential home evaluation as well as more complex financial values such as Life Estates, Cost Estimate and Income Approach to Value. I hold an MBA in finance and marketing from Babson College and in addition to my work as an appraiser, I am also a top producing RE/Max Agent working out of the RE/Max Achievers office in West Roxbury, MA.
