+ -1 moreWhile the news wasn't exactly what we were looking for, Jack Ordway was incredibly helpful and friendly. He not only came out to provide an estimate on short notice during a holiday week, he gave us a detailed explanation for all the issues he could see and the various possible solutions, and provided helpful advice and a detailed estimate. We ultimately decided to continue our search instead of purchasing that property, but if we ever have a project in the future, he will be the first call for sure.
Description of Work: We needed a contractor to provide an estimate to replace rotted joists and seepage issues in the basement of a home we were looking to buy.
