Our project, to raise a four-season porch floor for ramp-free access by a wheelchair user, had to be postponed for weeks because I caught COVID and did not want to risk giving it to Evandson or his employee, Rodrigo. They were totally patient and finally were able to visit safely to do the work early in January. We provided the materials (2x6 lumber and deck screws) and hired them for a day to install the raised floor. Evandson had a number of suggestions on how to handle thresholds and the base of a fixed wall-furnace, all eminently practical. It was a pleasure to sort out these details with him. Evandson is all about satisfying his customer for potential return work. In order to have the new floor useable ASAP, I asked about painting. I had primer and top-coat paint to match the original floor color, so this was another labor-only job. Evandson quoted a very reasonable price and sent Rodrigo to do the painting. His careful job missed a few places, which they returned to fix.

They are very detailed and clear on what they are going to do. More importantly, thru listened what we wanted and made their suggestions and worked with us on make the project better and for long term. Great team management and had the work completed on time. Great work!

After several attempts to find someone who could perform the work at a fair price and within our timeline we found Evandson. He called within an hour of receiving our request, came the next day to see the work we wanted, and quoted us a fair price. He said that he could start the work the next week, and that it would take 3 days. The weather did not accommodate him, but he came as soon as it was possible. The work took 4 days, because he found carpenter ants and advised that we address the problem before he installed the skirt. We appreciated his candor, found an exterminator, and Evandson came back and finished the job. The work was as professional as Evandson and his coworker. We will have them back to quote our next project.

We hired Evandson to remodel our basement and add a bathroom. He spent a lot of time communicating with us and helped to finalize the floor plan. Evandson is very good at coordinating plumbing, and electric, framing, finishing work and inspection. Every step was carried out without delay. The entire job was completed and passed inspection within 2 months and we are very satisfied with the quality of work.

Evandson and his team were great. We were able to discuss aspects of the backyard deck rebuild in advance and also some material choices beforehand and along the way as they came up. He seemed open and flexible to discuss and implement details of the ongoing work to get us to the outcome in what we asked and would be happy with. Great work!

What can I say that other folks haven't already? Evandson and his team were a pleasure to work with. Friendly, thorough, competent, and the end results look and feel great. I should mention that the city slowed down our project by requiring a registered architect draw the plans, a certified surveyor and a stamp by a structural engineer. While it seemed to us that was overkill, Evandson handled the delays and the paperwork for us. Even the building inspector at the final inspection had a grin on his face "They do some nice work, don't they?" was how he put it. That's a pretty good summary.

I hired this company to replace a deck in my backyard. Evandson provided me a competitive quote. They started working immediately after the building permit was issued. They were very professional and efficient. Within a few days, they had taken down the old deck and put up the new frame. Evandson met me at the Home Depot to let me pick out the decking materials. The entire project was completed in less than two weeks, and the result was great. They did a good job cleaning up and removed all the debris. This is a very good company, I can recommend them to anyone.

Evandson and his team were prompt, thorough and communicative throughout the entire project ( 3 weeks!). We have a gorgeous composite deck that will last for years. The design fits our yard perfectly. The team worked very long days and cleaned up the area nicely when done. I would hire them again in a minute!

Evandson was hired to renovate a nine step front stairs and seven step rear stairs and replace rear deck floor boards with composite materials. Out of 5 contractors we invited for quotes, Evandson provided the best price which matched our budget. All 4 Evandsonâ s references we checked had excellent experience with Evandson and his team. We in fact went to one of the referencesâ home and looked the backyard deck Evandson constructed for them two years ago which looked great. They all want to hire EENN again if they have new projects. Based on the above Due Diligence, we decided to go with Evandson/EENN. We had great experience! Amazing The contract was signed on Friday and the job started on the following Monday. Evandson and his team completed the work in 4 days to our satisfaction. Not only his team finished every item included in the contract, but also he did 3 items out of contract scope. His fee on the Ad Hoc work is very reasonable, he even waived labor fee for two of the Ad Hoc items. He is reliable and trustful and will not miss any necessary steps. He communicates well and responds to our call/text messages promptly. He is patient to answer our questions and will address any issues noticed by us right away. His team is friendly and on time. Evandson takes proud of his work with a goal to make customer satisfaction. We are very pleased with his work and will definitely hire Evandson/EENN again for future projects.

The EENN crew used 2 by 4s when they could have used less sturdy material, and they built an access gate that provides easy entrance and exit to the area under the sun porch. The gate they built is more user friendly than the gates that are prefabricated. They were good on detail when replacing both the lattice work under the porch and repairing wooden steps. They left the area cleaner than it was before they did the work! I have no hesitation in recommending EENN to potential users.

Evandson replaced our deck and did topnotch work. He works alongside his crew while directing the work. Not only did he do this, but he consulted with us at every step and made many suggestions to make the project better, we pretty much went with all of his suggestions and ended up with a much nicer deck than the one he replaced. He has a ton of experience and a very good eye for improvements. Evandson is very punctual and responsive whenever we needed to get in touch with him. We highly recommend his company.
