Description of Work: I was buying a house in Oct. 2007 which needed a new roof, and I needed to get an estimate on what that would cost. Based on Duffy Roofing's excellent ratings, I gave them a call and I was extremely impressed with Phil Buswell's service. He came out and gave me an estimate quickly, was extremely knowledgeable and competent, and told me exactly how his team would do the job and what they would do to perform it efficiently and professionally. In addition, his quote was the lowest of 3 quotes I obtained (all from companies rated well on Angie's List). The quote was for replacement of existing shingles; installation of 30-year architectural shingles; 3 feet of ice & water shields; addition of ridge vent; and some other items - for a large house with an irregular roof including dormers. In the end I didn't buy that house, but I would have hired Duffy if I had bought the house, and Phil will be the first person I call when I need roofing help in the future.
