Dan does not communicate and has not completed multiple details on various parts of the project. For example the roof replacement was paid in full and after multiple attempts he has failed to replace the soffit that was removed during the installation of the shingles. After many missed deadlines and multiple details that he has failed to complete as well as continually asking for more money without results I am going through litigation. You get what you pay for! AVOID!!
Description of Work: Replace roof, gutters, downspouts, front steps, remove mold in the building, replace carpet and paint front hallway, replace front entrance doors for the building. Replace glass in fogged windows. Renovate entire first floor unit with new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, paint, trim, update electrical and plumbing.

That's funny. I'm sure this guy is collecting some good rents from the last building project I did for him. I went out of my way to help this person and unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished. People think that contractors are suppose to finance the work on their projects. That's what banks are for. But I can only blame myself for not having a strict payment agreement. It just has to be business, no matter how many times you work with the same customer.
