Ness gave me an estimate for the work he would perform. Because he claimed he needed money I paid him in advance.. He stripped the shingles off the roof over my back pantry, and despite numerous calls, never came back. It was on Columbus day weekend and rain was being forcast. He even left his ladders and the shingles he had stripped from the roof on our property. I made numerous attempts to contact him, but never heard from him again. He also never responded to a demand letter from our lawyer. We consider him a liar and a thief and would warn anyone against using his so-called services under any circumstances.

I had a very hard time setting up an appointment. I called numerous times over a month long period and no one returned my call. One afternoon I was finally able to speak to someone in person and an appointment was arranged for the next day. They were on time and completed the work. I felt they could have spent more time cleaning the gutters considering the cost. They did a good job, but not an excellent one. Workers were nice and gave me suggestions for other repairs that could be done. I wasn't sure if they were being honest, or just trying to get me to spend more money.
