Excellent! I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his crew. Alex was very responsive and able to come out to the property quickly to provide a quote. After comparing a few quotes I decided to go with Alex due to affordability, availability and personality. I changed my mind on the scope of the work after his initial visit, and he came back again to review changes with me and provide an updated quote. Alex was communicative throughout the entire process and very clear in setting expectations. Alex and his crew did amazing work. The hardwood floors had been covered in linoleum for decades, and had a thick black glue all over them, but Alex was able to remove everything and the refinished wood is beautiful. Alex went above and beyond to repair damaged floor boards even though I assured him that was not necessary. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and taking care to vacuum as much dust as they could. The D&M team is unbelievably courteous, hardworking, attentive to detail and excellent quality.

Alex did an excellent job on my floor in Brookline. He finished job in 3 days as promised. I love my new and shiny floor!

I was a little skeptical because I couldn't find any reviews online but figured I'd give it a try. He showed up at the time he said he would and the all the floors came out as I expected a restored floor to look like, fantastic!. The whole crew works real hard to do a respectable job and Tam even helped me at no cost installing part of my new hardwood floor where I was needing his technical expertise.. I'd definitely use him again.
