We were thrilled with the availability of Sara when ever we had a question or concern. She was available through her phone or emails to instruct advise and enable every rug removal, electric repair and inspection needed for the sale of our property which had been poorly kept up due to bad renters. We feel no one could have done this as well or better. We sold our house in two days for actually more than we had hoped for. Sara was on top of current listings and manged everything . Our being out of state was never an issue and we can not thank her enough.
Description of Work: My agent was Sara Rosenfeld. I was so grateful for her patience and consistent efforts to handle our business.We had to evict tenants. repair the home, pay bills and trash tickets in Somerville, and do all this LONG DISTANCE.Sara was invaluable in selecting competent workman and she personally was on the job every day to inspect and approve on our behalf. Sara made the legal recommendations to enable the sale of our home. Sara staged a perfect home and it sold in two days!! Thank you to this fabulous, hard working, sincere real estate individual.You need Sara!Ellen Jane Sanditen Kolman

Description of Work: Referred to and called to hire. Took over a week to get back to me. Meanwhile, had already made the trip to Boston and returned. Very nonresponsive. Guess not interested in business.

My experience with them was great. There were two people who worked together. They just took the regular 5% commission, which is standard. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The business never materialized as they never called back-I got someone else.
Description of Work: I called to list a rental property. They were supposed to come and inspect and evaluate, but never returned my calls, no follow-up.

Kevin Heading is the gentlemen we worked with at this company. He is ethical, honest, and hard working. He will take his time to find what you want. He is really thorough about the searches he does. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is flexible and basically just really great at what he does.
