The entire process went very smoothly, from the initial walk-through/estimate to the completion of the work. LaSean was great to work with and we will be hiring him again to move and reconnect the radiators when the floors are finished. We will also keep Climate Controlled in mind for future heating/cooling projects in our home.

It was a great experience doing business with this company. The service tech new exactly what to look for and was fast and efficient with his work. He explained things to me so I’d understand what he was saying and told me exactly what was wrong with my AC unlike other service companies I’ve had out to my house that either don’t explain things at all or talk in was I couldn’t comprehend. When he was done my AC was blowing nice and cold. My wife was very happy when she got home from work cause our house was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company and will be having them perform my system tune ups from here on out.
