+ -1 moreThey have an unusual and very high end selection. It is personalized service. They are very responsive. They have reasonable prices. We have outfitted two homes with their lighting fixtures. Mary is one of the principals and she is incredibly creative and helpful. They keep records of everything we have bought. They are fabulous.
Description of Work: We use Chimera for lighting. We last used them to replace some light bulbs on some very expensive lights.

+ -1 moreThey are very unfriendly to customers. They act like they don t want to service anyone unless it is for a big commercial job. I would never recommend them. They were rude and the service was terrible. They are the worst.
Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for what it would cost to install track lighting, outdoor lighting, recessed lighting and pendent lighting throughout our home. We had remodeled everything so we needed quite a bit.
