They are phenomenal! They go above and beyond. They are reasonable, considerate, give great advice, are fair and listen to the customer. Everything you would want in a contractor. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Morgan and crew were great to work with. The total work took place over about six months of time, with many stalls, all of which were attributed to either waiting for a permit, or weather problems. Morgan and his workers maintain a crazy schedule, working sometimes as much as 12 hours a day 7 days a week. As far as I could tell they didn't break for anything. The only day they didn't work was St Patrick's day and the Monday afterwards, even then Morgan called to let me know what was going on ;) Morgan had all the qualities I would look for an an outstanding contractor: He was a great communicator, he was always on time, and he paid attention to detail. I always knew what was happening, how it was going to happen, and what the problems could be/were. He assisted us by giving good advice on price/quality trade offs of various building approaches. He always made good suggestions and eagerly worked with us if we took his advice or not ;) He was easy to work with, always flexible when we wanted changes at the last minute, or if something was done, and once we saw it we wanted it a different way. (Like our bay window rebuild where we wanted one type of window, but once everything was in, we wanted it changed); he dealt with it, returned the windows and got the ones we wanted - no extra cost, simply outstanding. Despite working for months on several phases of a major house overhaul, there was only one major problem, which was resolved quickly and professionally. While framing our new front porch, they framed the wrong size openings for the windows. When the windows arrived, they worked like mad men to re-frame the porch, and in the end they caught up to schedule, did a great job, and never complained. It turned out great. Over the same time there were from time to time several minor problems, including a good pillow-case which was used to stop up a toilet drain by one of the demolition team. Also, the electrician Morgan used was not particularly good with details. Both of these problems Morgan addressed promptly and professionally. Overall the work and team was top notch and we expect to use them again in the future for our Kitchen and Attic.

I have used him for outside work. I have an old house. It was in horrendous shape. He and his crew came out as exterior painting contractors. I had seen them in the area and I had liked their work. I will be using him for another job. I ran into him and discussed the issue that I have. He offered to come out and look at the problem. I think I will use this company because they do interior work as well. I was extremely satisfied with the outside work that they did. They did a wonderful job. I spent about $15000 on the job for a huge three-family house. It was built in the 1800’s, with decks and porches and beautiful detailed work at top of the molding. They did a very nice job. They worked very hard. There was a lot of carpentry work needed as the entire house is made of wood. They gave me a lot of guidance regarding what really worked. They were good for people that needed a little help, right down to the matter of coloring. The guy painted 6-7 different things I had asked for. He and his crew were patient, knowledgeable, and were good workers. They completed the work in the timeframe that they said they would, which was very important. They worked from morning to night every day. I would recommend them because they are knowledgeable, extremely hardworking, and precise. The guy is young and he comes out with a paper and a pen to do the estimate. I will use his services in the future.

The project went very smoothly, and took roughly 1 business week. Morgan and his crew arrived punctually each morning for work and completed a full day--he was very open and communicative the whole time, letting me know where the project stood and what to expect. He also went above and beyond the call of duty by accompanying me to a home improvement company to order windows, which was a great help. I was looking for something fairly specialized, so the order took a bit longer than anticipated--and Morgan was kind enough to reschedule the job to accommodate the change. Now that it's completed, the porch looks great, and we've gotten many compliments from our neighbors. We can now use the porch roughly 3 seasons throughout the year, and it has definitely made our front room (which abuts the porch) much warmer during the winter. I would definitely recommend Morgan--he's very trustworthy, down-to-earth, and responsible.

They cleaned up every time they came, they did great work and we are very happy with what they did. He did a little more than what they said they would do.

It went very well. I have wooden gutters, because I want to retain the architectural integrity of the house, though aluminum gutters of course actually work better. But when one of the gutters wasn't working properly after repair, Morgan can back and made it right. He did a great job on my porch - made a nice railing. And with some leftover wood he had, he made and hung some shelving for both of my bathrooms!

Called several contractors and was subsequently referred to Morgan. He immediately came over and provided an estimate. Work went exactly as he promised, including timeliness, progress, costs, and overall professionalism. The insulation job was horrible and messy and probably the type of job no contractor wants if they can avoid it but they completed it with no complaints and my house is incredibly warmer as a result which is exactly what I hoped for. My new deck is beautiful, he even suggested copper caps for the posts which made the inexpensive option of pressure-treated wood I opted for look more upscale. Morgan explained all aspects of the project to me and made several functional suggestions for additional work I will be proceeding with vs. the aesthetic work I had in mind right now. Being very reticent to hire a contractor for any extensive work I can say I am very very pleased and would recommend him unequivocally.

They did a great job. Didn't lose patience with me when I wanted to try 8 different color combinations. His guys were courteous and considerate. They didn't leave a mess around the house like the last company I hired did. When he was here earlier this year for another job, he noticed some chipping and touched it up.
