told they were local.. were not. Had no idea how to get here. about 3 hours late. Address on his slip was WRONG.. I gave specific directions and told them GPS doesn't work well at this address. This info was not communicated to the driver.

I booked them for carpet cleaning for my house. My husband took the day off so they could come in the morning. My window was 10-1 and they did not call until around 1pm saying that they were running late. I ended up cancelling them. Very un-professional and would not hire again.

initially the rugs looked great but after they dried some of them still had stains on them which is why i rate them a "B"

I would give them an A, except they didn't have a way to dry the furniture so we had to air it and the carpet too. They didn't have that part of the service, but otherwise I am pretty happy with how it turned out. The micro-suede couch that they did hadn't been cleaned at all and it turned out pretty well. They did a pretty good job on the rugs. They are hand knotted rugs, but are not oriental rugs. I thought their price was pretty reasonable.

Outstanding. Super nice family run business and knows their stuff. The phone follow up was excellent for scheduling and the onsite tech was very knowledgeable. I have worked with other cleaning services and Carpet Cleaning Experts are the best!

Exceeded expectations: the urine smell was completely eliminated, and under black light, not a trace was left behind. They also gave us tips on how to properly remove these kinds of problems in the future ourselves using enzymes and better over-the-counter products. The rest of the carpet looked new again as well.

Jexi called before he came, was right on time, did a fine job and cleaned up after himself. As a member of Angie's List, I got a 15% discount which was cheerfully applied to the cleaning as well as a scotchguard of the entire washed area. On top of this, there was a large (Approximately 5X4 inch) stain on my casual area rug in my dining room. Jexi washed it without any mention from me. I was so happy to get this off my list. Easy Breezy..

The company was very responsive and was able to fit us in with short notice. The person who came to do the cleaning was super nice, respectful, and worked hard. I could tell he took pride in doing a good job for the customer!

Great communication, cleaned after hours at my request. Stayed until the job was done. They got stains out of an office carpet that other cleaners told us were permanent. Friendly, effective, and fairly priced. Would not use anyone else at this point.

They were on time and did a very good job. Additionally they came out the day after I called and were on time.

We had a good experience with this company the first time, but the second has not been good. They cleaned the carpets, but when the carpets dried, there were spots left. Called them back to fix the spots and they were 90 minutes late and sent a technician who could not move the needed equipment and complained the entire time. Also dragged a hose through our entire house, which required us to do more cleaning after they left!

He said he couldn't clean the sofa which was my main need and why I requested he come. So instead of cleaning the sofa and one chair, I had him dry clean 2 wing chairs. He used a spray bottle cleaner and a rag. One chair, he got reasonably clean, the second took him very little time and looked about the same as it was after the spray dried. Was the result worth $100 to me?.No. And, as I said above, the company truck leaked oil all over my asphalt driveway which will be a mess for some time to come. I am very unhappy about that.

Went fine. This is the second time I've used this company. Carpets look and smell good. Jose was professional, pleasant and thorough. We live on the 10th floor of a high rise and a portable machine was used. They always give a follow-up call to check on customer satisfaction.

I mistakenly told them that the area to be cleaned is larger than it actually is. Once they measured it I realized that and asked for a price adjustment. They adjusted the price without any further questions. The carpet was old and had stains. They didn't come off but I don't think there is anything they could do about it.

Few juice spill spots didn't go away. Called them back, they came back in promptly and said it could be the padding and can't do anything about it.

It went smooth. They showed up within the estimated time, was quick and efficient. They got out the stains as I stated before, offered and explained the protector and were on their way after calling in my credit card.

Office staff was pleasant but disorganized. I was misinformed about the number of drivers and their usual practices regarding moving furniture. I was told the carpets would be accurately measured at the factory (nope. in the field, whatever the conditions). Also misinformed about delivery date. Pricing is confusing, and both the office staff and truck driver wanted to have a run at the calculations. 15% discount or one free rug for every x number cleaned or.... Oh, just give me a $/sf price, please! In the end, the cleaning price was very good, as was the turnaround time. I have no comparisons on their rug pad pricing. One of the drivers, Scott, can and does move mountains if you can give him a little help. The actual cleaning was amazing, even though I didn't opt for any extras. They got out stains that the cleaner I used 2 years ago just made more visible. Gone. A+ job. I paid for a second driver to lay the rugs. The second man was useless. Scott did all the work. While I highly recommend the quality of their work, getting accurate information from the office is a problem. The authoritative source seemed to be Sue, who I think is an owner.

The quality of the work was as good as I expected and was completed efficiently. It was also easy to pay for the service. The cleaning team arrived at the back end of the service window because there was a little trouble locating the condo, but they were responsive and in communication on status (Somerville is tough to navigate!). Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend the service to others.
