Description of Work: I have a 9x10 shag carpet area rug for our living room and because of the super deep carpet pile it is difficult to vacuum well. My kids had spilled endless cracker and popcorn bits into the rug that the vacuum cleaner couldn't remove. We recently moved and before the rug was placed under lots of heavy furniture, I figured it was the perfect time to have it cleaned professionally. I looked into taking the carpet to my dry cleaner, but then I would have to get it there and bring it back in my tiny sedan, so I searched Angie's list for a carpet cleaning company that would pick up and deliver. I called Carpet Cleaning Experts (because of their excellent reviews) for a quote and when they came out (within one to two days of my initial call) to pick up the rug, they said it would be cheaper than quoted because it wasn't a wool rug. I was informed of the cleaning process and the estimated time for the services. Because the rug is very dark brown and does not show stains, I was told that adding stain guard was not necessary, but is offered. The employee suggested I purchase a rug pad (which I had been meaning to do for the entire time I had the rug) to prolong the life of the rug and I agreed to the extra expense. I was informed that a rug pad would be dropped off when my cleaned rug was returned. When my rug was clean, Carpet Cleaning Experts called to schedule a convenient time for drop off. At every point of interaction, employees of Carpet Cleaning Experts were courteous, punctual and helpful. I am thrilled with my newly cleaned rug and will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned sofa & chair plus 2 rugs. The cleaner was exceptionally devoted to finishing the job, which happened to be on one of the coldest days of the year, and ended up including bringing his hose in twice to thaw it in our utility sink plus dealing with an irate neighbor who objected to the positioning of his truck in our driveway, partially filling the sidewalk. (He had placed it there because the mountains of snow left him few options.) | |I hired them to clean just the sofa which had been victim to an unfortunate animal accident, and they added 2 rugs at a good price. The only problem was, I was talked into a couple of last-minute add-ons such as their "deodorizing treament" which were expensive for what they were (just spritzing some spray on the sofa). But mea culpa for not asking beforehand just what that add-on really offered. | |I would definitely use again for their professionalism and devotion to getting the job done right.

Description of Work: Cleaned 7 rugs (some needed extra service due to pet stains) plus 5 new pads. They picked everything up and delivered after cleaning and replaced them under furniture, etc.

Description of Work: Three area rugs needed to be cleaned professionally and Carpet Cleaning Experts had the best competitive price. One of the area carpets didn't get cleaned to my expectations so these service providers took the carpet back for additional cleaning. Their professionalism and responsiveness earned them additional business as I purchased high-quality padding for the three area carpets. The cleaning cost approximately $150, the padding about $400. I would use them again to clean my carpets and would recommend them.

Description of Work: cleaned white carpets in master bedroom and walk in closet. took out a huge stain of black grease from swivel chair mechanism and make up stains.

Description of Work: Good service, punctual and quick. Some small spots couldn't be removed, probably ball point ink spots. The cleaner mentioned before starting that some spots may remain. Overall good service.
