+ 0 morewe have safe a lot of money on the end, because we hired VG, he probably saved us about 4000 in material and an other 3 in labor by giving us a very good break down of expenses. hole demo last it about one week as they were framing at the same time, then we pass rough inspection for all the above, very clean and organize site work, and on the same time very careful with safety and security. i would say he has good management skills and a wide open knowledge of the various type of projects.

+ 2 moreThrough the years Victor has provided tremendous amount quality work, very patiently dealing with our budget and also various styles, he work hard every time to find us a solution to the wide range of home renovation needs such as Tile work, Kitchen upgrades, exterior and Interior Painting siding roofing finish carpentry, our nex goal is to upgrade our basement so will be a dream project because we need more living space.
Description of Work: We had a old bathroom from the 50's Victor Guillen and his crew came to rescue me and my family. The entire bathroom was demo using a back window they removed old the debris which save us from dealing with dust and cleaning the house everyday, after that plumbing/Electrical were upgraded, new water heater was install, old window was replace, the step was the insulation and drywall, new exhaust fan and lighting, we decided to have a walking shower so the tile work was massive for that walls and flooring were water proof, all brand new fixtures were installed as well . the works! We are for ever Victor's clients Thank you for all the years of wonderful care
