Everyone who came to the house from beginning to end was GREAT from Barry the sales rep to Jay (John) to R & F Cons crew. all were absolutely fantastic and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to hire for home projects. we have had numerous compliments on work, color etc.

I was very pleased with the installation they did a wonderful job. Hard workers, very skilled they left my property clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone. The sales representative was knowledgeable and did a nice job explaining the whole process. He was able to answer all my questions and always got back to me right away.

Jay, the project manager was thorough and responsive; the crews were respectful and diligent; and the work came out looking fantastic. The job site was tidied at each days end and crew was respectful of neighbors and nearby residents. Homeowners should go in knowing that they need to be patient and that things will pop up - fortunately Capital was communicative and explained any over-runs fully and was willing to work with me on ensuring the costs did t spiral. And, as with any outdoor project, weather can be a factor but Capitals teams rarely missed a day that was dry, no matter how cold or windy. Pricing was competitive and if spending a but more means you get attention and answers, it is worth it in my book. I have two more projects in the next few years and I will bid both out to Capital for sure and hope to work with them again down the road.

The door they sold me was way over priced...$12,000.00 (a back entry and storm door) and still let in cold air. They had to come back 5 times before the job was complete. They tore out 2 trex slats from my deck and did not replace them until I complained, The storm door did not clasp correctly and they put in a shoddy threshold. ( a little rolled piece of wood unstained.) Customer SERvice does not exist now that they have built a new headquarters. all I wanted was a simple back entry door and storm door that prevented the cold air from coming into the house. I will see if the door works this weekend when the temps will be in the teens.

The team was very professional and nice. After work was done, they cleaned the area very well.

From this first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work tearing down and building a new deck. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, Ryan DePalma, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. I highly recommend.

Good company to work with, the team that installed the roof were quick and left the area very clean.

Excellent professional service. Deck installers were consistent with daily arrivals and workday completions. Office and onsite personnel were able to provide immediate answers to questions and acceptable service when needed. The job was completed in a timely manner. The deck construction at completion truly exemplifies a quality product.

The workmen did a fine job. The Dumpster was slow in arriving and late in leaving. The Port-a-john used by the workers also stayed on the property far too long. Bottom line, the porch went up just fine. Good construction. The ancillary parts of the job, much less so. They need to partner with better support businesses for their dumpster and Port-a-john providers.

If I could rate my experience with them honestly. They would get a negative 100 star review!!!! I have found them to be unethical and con artists!!! Attempts to contact the company have been met with unanswered phone calls! Incomplete work!!! A total disregard for what I wanted to accomplish and changing my plans without consulting me!!! OVER CHARGED FOR MATERIALS!!! THAT WERE NOTUSED!!!

I hired Capital Construction to replace the aging roof shingles on my house. Their quote was completive with other local contractors and far less than national contractors. Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. During installation of the new shingles the on-site crew responded quickly to my questions and concerns and resolved matters to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

The reason why we did not give 5 stars for this project: 1. The project materials deposited on our neighbors backyard. It took a long time to get someone from the company to come to move it to our lot. Still, he left some of it and we had to move it ourselves. 2. Despite our requests to start the noisy work at 8AM the work always started at 7:30AM. 3. The brick part of the porch was supposed to be pointed the project manager asked us to agree to remove the low brick wall and wanted to charge us $8K for it while pointing is more work intensive than removing the bricks. At the end he lowered the price but did not do the pointing on the remainder of the bricks that left in the supporting columns. We had to hire someone to do it and it cost us extra $950. 4. When the trash container removed from our backyard, we left with a lot of debris and again we needed to clean it ourselves.

Capital Construction Contracting was amazing! We absolutely love our deck! High quality and perfectly built to our specifications. Very professional, explained everything in detail, started when they said they would, and finished on time. From the first conversation until the last was no more than 6 weeks.

Although the initial estimate was quite high (post-COVID and supply chain issues), salesman Jim Sakkos worked tirelessly to hammer out a deal that we could both work with. The construction is impressive, and the speed in which they began and completed the project was most appreciated. I anticipate many good times on my new CCC deck.

Project: New roof. The work crew were on time and finished roof in one day. It looks amazing and I am very pleased.

I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased.

Iâ ve utilized Capital Construction for numerous projects,most recently to re-stain my front doors, paint the exterior trim, paint my kitchen and add decorative trim. They provide a detailed estimate of the project, arrive promptly and ready to work. Their staff is courteous and always tidy up when the work day is ended. When the project is completed, they do a walk through with the customer to ensure you are satisfied with the finished project. I have always been thoroughly satisfied and have recommended Capital Construction to numerous people.

The extra cost compared to some other quotes I received was well worth it. The service and communication from dale to final walk through wad above and beyond. We have used several contactors in the past for out multiple properties. But will only use Capital going forward. The most comfortable I have ever felt with a contractor. A true gem in the industry
