+ -1 moreThomas is a great guy. He is very friendly and he was extremely responsive via email and by phone. We were blown off by several other deleading companies in the area who never responded, and another company wanted to charge us much more than Caledonia for the same work. Caledonia was especially accommodating, as we ended up having to have them do more of the work than anticipated (originally we were going to encapsulate ourselves, but then it needed to be done by him due to issues with the state of existing paint). While it took longer than anticipated since he was juggling a few jobs, he was able to get the interior work done before we needed to move in. Also, he gave me some extra encapsulation paint for free when the movers accidentally chipped a door frame. I would highly recommend Caledonia construction.
Description of Work: Scraping of two exterior doors and 4 columns, encapsulation of two rooms of door and window trim, encapsulation of ~ 6 basement windows with aluminum.
