We had been renting for some time and were told our place was going to be put on the market. In an effort to try and educate ourselves on the process, we sat through a local homebuyers seminar where the one thing I walked out of there learning was that we needed to find a buyer’s agent to work with and fast. After submitting a query through the NAEBA website to find agents working in our area, we were contacted by Andrew McKinney of BBO within an hour. The rest I guess you can say is history. We enjoyed working with Andrew immensely. We were first time homebuyers looking for a VA loan. We had questions, lots of questions, concerns and were petrified about the whole process. Andrew was extremely patient with us, answered all of our questions no matter how crazy we thought they were and actually made the whole process of buying our first home less painful than we ever could have imagined. He put us in touch with a local lender who handled VA loans who he had worked with before. I can honestly say he had our best interest at heart and thanks to his guidance and patience, we just closed on our first home. If we ever find ourselves in the market to buy again, we will be calling Andrew and BBO right away!

We were introduced to David and discussed our "needs" and "wants" as it applied to our new home. David was very thorough in understanding the type of home we were seeking. As luck would have it, we happened upon the home we wanted as we were out driving around. David quickly went to work gathering all the information necessary, as the home was a new development. He met with us at various locations and times to discuss required documents, forms, and of course concerns. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable in the process and procedures for home buying and in particular new developments.

Ben Henthorne was the best part of our home buying process. He was very patient explaining the process to us as first time home buyers. He was extremely responsive to questions, normally he'd respond to a text within minutes, but always at least the same day. We had some difficult experiences with a few houses, but Ben made the whole thing a lot easier. I remember debating whether or not to even use a buyer's agent, and I'm SO GLAD I did. I would not have wanted to go through it all without Ben. It really helped to have someone who would work on our behalf and handle issues for us as well as he did. One open house fell through due to seller miscommunication, and Ben took us to Dunkin Donuts and bought us food and drinks while he set up another showing on the fly so it wasn't a wasted day. That level of service was above and beyond, and very much appreciated. I couldn't recommend Ben enough to anyone looking for a buyer's agent. His services were free, he shared commission with the seller's agent from the cost of the house. I believe the percentage was reasonable.

My realtor was Andrew and he was great. Super helpful from start to finish. Gave lots of great context an guidance to help me with the process. He was realistic and patient/persistent in my long list of house visits. Andrew was recommended to me by a friend and I would certainly recommend him to a friend of mine.

Fantastic! Our guy (Jeffrey) went above and beyond the call of duty! Each house we visited he had all of the information as well as he was a super sleuth when looking for potential problems! Ultimately his professionalism and work ethic was the reason we were to buy the house we wanted, where we wanted, when we wanted and for the best price! Rebekah Montague was excellent, right from the first meeting. She understood what we needed, and what my resources were. She immediately set us up with a couple of databases so we could search at the same time she was. She recommended suppliers (but never pushed them, or rejected ones I already wanted to use), guided us through the negotiations even though it lowered the price (and hurt her commission), and stayed with us through the closing. Just in case you're not familiar with the process, a buyer's broker works for you but is paid by the eventual selling broker. The service doesn't cost you at all. I'd recommend it for anyone buying a home, no matter how experienced they are.

We worked with real estate agent David Kres through Buyers Brokers Only, LLC. Dave was dedicated, friendly, informative, and an amazing negotiator on a our behalf. Although it took over nine months to find the perfect home, my husband and I never felt rushed or pressured. Simply stated, Dave is the best! We are first time homebuyers and though we took a class before we started, we received so much hands on education from Rich. He would come with us to almost every open house we attended and was so knowledgeable about the types of homes, things to look out for, what would work for our family and what we may want to consider a deal breaker. He was flexible with timings and availability when I requested to visit the property on the weekend. He gave us his honest view and which helped us taking informative decision. I recently purchased my first home with the help of John (Jay) Tedeman. When I decided to buy a condo in Boston, I did some search on Google and came across Buyers Brokers Only, LLC. The reviews read quite positive, so I filled the online request form for free consultation. One day later Jay contacted me by email, in which he briefly introduced himself and suggested a few listed properties that I might want to check out. After a few exchange of emails and meeting sessions, I recognized that I had made a great decision to work with Jay. First, he is an experienced broker who understands the real estate market in the Greater Boston area, and did a good job in educating me about the market. He is well-connected in the Boston area, and I find through his referrals the mortgage banker, the lawyer, later the home inspector and the painter. I also enjoyed working with these professionals; all of them proved to be highly competent and helpful. Second, he put a lot of efforts into understanding the needs and preferences of the buyers. A buyer, particularly a first-time home buyer, may come up with a number of expectations that could be difficult to achieve all at once on a limited budget. The discussions with Jay helped me to sort out my priorities and focus on the most reasonable targets. Third, Jay is certainly very committed to his clients. It was very easy to get his company for open houses or private visits to the listed properties. I made three attempts before my last offer was accepted, all of which occurred on the weekends. He was always ready to work with me even on a weekend night. I eventually found a satisfactory condo and got my offer accepted. Jay kept an eye on the to make sure the entire process was smooth. I appreciate Jay's professional service and would not hesitate to recommend Jay to other home buyers!

You read all the positive reviews and think, man...these guys must be paying these reviewers off! But, don't worry, they earn these A rating, especially Jess Wagner. The man is a rock star, evil genius real estate broker with a heart of gold. He led us through a challenging time in finding our home, and helped guide us through which homes we really wanted to bid on. Don't be fooled, you will get pulled to the dark side and want to bid on everything as things get rolling. He has an amazing knowledge of real estate and the towns and areas he works in. If you as the buyer can be realistic with what you want, what the must have are and what the absolute nots are settled (with your spouse), his insight will go a very long way. If you don't have it all settled...he is amazingly patient in helping you get to that point as well. You can't go wrong with Jess, and he is an amazingly trust worthy guy. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends and anyone I know.

Andrew at buyers brokers was incredibly responsive and helped coordinate with the seller lots of phone calls for us! (on our behalf). He also took the five to explain everything and answer all questions.
