I scheduled a 9am meeting with Boston Tile & Stone for consultation. At 815am the same day, someone from the company gave me a call to confirm the appointment. He asked me to take a picture of the area. I said I have a meeting and won't be able to have time to take the picture before the consult arrives and added he could take pictures when he gets here, since it is only 45min until he is here (so what is the point of me taking pictures?). The guy on the phone said we won't be stopping by and hung up. I have never experienced such rudeness. I'm appalled for such lack of professionalism.
