He did all of this extremely quickly, and did a very good job. We are very impressed. Very timely, very efficient, very friendly, and a great worker. Can't ask for more.

Vinnie made sure not only that all the limbs were cut into the appropriate sizes for trash collection but even asked what day our trash pick up was so he could be sure to be here the night before to put it out for us! He's not only competent but thoughtful! Great service. He also gave us some free hints on getting some grass to grow in our back yard!

I called them for an emergency because the tenant moved out and left the house a mess. They came the next day and deep cleaned for two hours. They did a magnificent job and would highly recommend them.

Boston Man Maid is very professional and responsive. He is organized and hires good, trust worthy people to help him clean. They do a great job and listen to what we need in terms of products and where we need extra focus in the home. He worked within our schedule and has been able to complete the work within the time he originally estimated.

I am extremely happy with the work Vinny did in cleaning my house. I came home to everything pristine and immaculate. I had left a dish in the sink that was soaking and when I came home he had also cleaned that as well as put my recently cleaned duvet cover back on the comforter and made my bed. I recommend him to anyone!!!!

I'm thrilled that I called Boston Man Maid for help. I originally called for help with yard work. When Vinnie came, he gave us an estimate for reseeding and regrading our lawn. When I learned he also did housecleaning, I hired him for that, too. Vinnie explains very clearly what work he will do to make sure that is what you want done. He takes pride in his work and always checks to see if I'm satisfied. He is now coming on a biweekly schedule and I couldn't be more pleased. This is the first time that I've had help with housework and I'm glad that I found Boston Man Maid on Angie's List.

Vinny Mirabito came to give me an estimate for our yard work on the day that I called him. He came the following week,actually a day early because rain was predicted for the scheduled day, and he and his helper did an excellent job. They cut and trimmed the existing grass, raked, reseed and added about 40 bags of soil. We could never have done the job they did. He reminded us to water and we plan to have him return on a regular basis to cut and maintain our lawn and hedges. Vinny is very pleasant, organized and hard working. When we realized he also did interior cleaning, we have scheduled him for bimonthly cleaning.

Vinny was very attentive right from the get-go. I called various people: some didn't respond, others set up times but didn't show, others gave quotes. Vinny was punctual, polite + wanted to clearly define expectations ahead of time. He quoted a price (he charges by the hour) + after the first few cleans, had got to know the space so was cleaning more efficiently + spending less time with us, so the price decreased. He's great at letting us know what's going on; if there was a tough spot, which needed extra work, he tells us what he used to get it out. His work is great and if he misses something, we mention it + it is remedied the next time. He also works to get things even better, putting extra work to get the tough stains out of the kitchen floor. Now he has moved onto the bathroom tiles. Work is excellent! Communication is great and Vinny is very flexible; he's happy to reschedule/postpone if you're out of town. We're very happy and would recommend him.

We are completely satisfied and love how the yard is looking (even in the winter!) The work was done in phases; Vinny was very cooperative about coordinating with our needs. Furthermore, Vinny offered very useful suggestions and was comfortable discussing different possibilities as we planned together. We are looking forward to the spring and continuing the yard and garden work where we left off!

Job 1: He provides an excellent cleaning service. He spends four hours a month at my apartment and does a great job cleaning. He offers an excellent price and is very professional. He is on time and makes good use of the two hours he is here. My apartment looks great and I would like to add that he also offers landscaping services as well. Job 2: Vinny is an excellent house-cleaner. He brings all his own equipment and supplies. He follows instructions carefully. He sends me a reminder when my cleaning is scheduled, and always lets me know if he will be delayed. He is completely honest, and I trust him with my house-keys. He also does landscaping. He is the best house-cleaner I have ever had. He is also friendly and pleasant.
