The WORST! They broke the shelf of our antique china cabinet. They broke the sleeper-sofa mechanism on a $2K sofa - while also splintering the wood of door jamb and scarring the floor moving the sofa out. The main guy has anger issues and began yelling and *threatening* to dump our stuff by the side of the road when we called to alert them to the damages we found when we returned. Seriously, the worst customer service treatment. Oh yea, the reason we had to leave before they'd finished? Because they were late by *several hours* from their promised arrival time, so we'd had to leave for our appointment before they were finished - our nanny and kids were still in the house so we trusted them to finish up without our supervision. Mistake! Every single time they were scheduled to come, they were late by hours or never showed up. They don't answer the phone or return calls either. And at first they'd said they were bonded and insured, but they refused to do a claim over the sofa. So now that I'm finding the door on my china cabinet was returned loose and after taking the door off to fix it, I'm now also seeing the previously perfect shelf is now broken W**, I'm so upset. My husband didn't want to deal with them any more so we just had them bring all our stuff back - even though we still need storage services - but we'll bring it to someone else. These guys are horrible. They don't even use basic moving tools and supplies - like moving blankets to wrap around furniture so it doesn't get bumped while moving in/out or cellophane wrap to make sure doors/parts aren't loose. If you've ever used a real moving service (like Gentle Giant), you will instantly notice that these guys are not professionals and they act clueless about the best way to move stuff - like they've never done this before. If you want someone to destroy your property, disrespect you and yell if you even mention it, lie about arrival times, never show, and not return your calls, this is an excellent "concierge" service to go with. Don't be fooled by the genteel pre-recorded British lady voice on the messages, these are pretty much unskilled and irresponsible kids - a boyfriend/girlfriend team plus whatever clumsy student labor they can hire.
