Jon is incredibly skilled, professional and patient in terms of explaining the functions and implementation of a smart lock system in our home. There was an enormous difference in the quality of installation in comparison to the existing locks installed by our contractors. Highly recommended with five stars!

Jon was great, coming out on a Friday evening to address a problematic door closer at a condominium building entrance.
