Description of Work: Building in the South End that needed extensive construction work including a new roof. Roof work consisted of removing the old roof completely as well as a roof deck that needed to be disassembled and reconstructed after the work was completed. Also, replaced a drain pipe, made repairs and insulated 3 bay windows. Have also recommended this contractor to a client of mine and he gutted and rebuilt an entire house on Beacon Hill. Property was gutted to the studs, redesigned, bathrooms remodeled and new kitchens. Adam is an amazing guy, very professional, takes a great deal of pride in his work, is reliable and trustworthy.
