Description of Work: We had our tub refinished, and it looks great! Yuri arrived on time and was very neat and professional. He took the time to explain the process and advised how to best care for the tub.

Description of Work: The bathtub was given a beautiful off white finish which I selected. I opted for the roughened bottom surface. Today I still admire the finish which continues to hold up beautifully. The experienced contractor was extremely professional. I highly recommend this provider

Description of Work: Had an old bathtub, the tile surround, and all the wall tile (about halfway up the wall) reglazed. The guy who came to do the work was prompt, and set up the area well to avoid glaze touching other surfaces, along with setting up an exhaust system to minimize fumes. The work was quick and easy. I liked that they carried special glaze colors to match Kohler/American Standard/Toto toilet finishes and not just institutional bright white (which was the only option for some other companies). | |When the work was finished I noticed a couple spots along the top edge of the wall tile where the original blue was visible, so I called and asked for them to come back and fix those spots. They came the next day and fixed it at no charge.

Description of Work: the tub looked good overall but there were some spots in the tile that needed to be touched up. They gave me a time and date to return and then did not show. They said it was a misunderstanding on my part and said they would come back in 2 weeks. I said no way and they came within two days. The overall work was vey good. I did not get the return date wrong, they did.

Description of Work: I was discouraged by the owner to refinish my sink. The concern was that the finish would chip of a knife would be dropped into the sink or if a pan were to hit the sink too harshly it would chip the sink. I was surrpised that the quality of the refinishing that is being advertised is not condusive to normal dishwashing.

Description of Work: Overall a good experience. Disappointed that the quote was more than what I paid for. I thought The Big Deal was $3000.00 worth of work for $1850.00 but it seemed it was $1850 for $1850 worth of work and more out of pocket expenses. The quote was not broken down in a way I could see what I was getting for $3000.00. Not knowing much about remodeling and building in general I could be way off and it may of come to $3000.00 but for me it was not easy to see that on the quote.
