They said they would come back the next day and purge my heating system and fix the toilet handle and did not come back, the same with today. He also brought his nephew with him who said he was an "apprentice" who just stood around and did very little, just kept him company. He was always on the phone with his girlfriend who was nagging him all the time, which interfered with the job. I feel my bill was inflated for paying both of them. They were very argumentative with me, and I had to ask them to leave my property. I gave them 300, but the bill was 475, which was not itemized in anyway. 75 was taken off because they did not purge the system, but the tiles are now cracked and chipped around the valve, which now need replacing, and the toilet needs fixed. They also went to Home Depot instead of the plumbing supply store down the street, together, for an hour plus while on the job.
Description of Work: They came Monday to install a stem that needed to be put in the shower valve. They also put in one water fill for a toilet, and I asked him to readjust the handle that was going up too far. They installed a water faucet on a bathroom sink. He was supposed to purge the heating system, which he did not do. All that was needed for the shower valve was a stem, but he said he wanted to replace the entire thing instead. There was no need to remove tile, but some of my tiles are now broken. Furthermore, the toilet handle was broken, and they did not tell me about it. I called them and told them about it, and they denied doing it.
