ANN SACKS TILE & STONE INC

Great service and help in selecting the bath tiles.

I am from New York and have gone into Ann Sacks several times as it was located near my apartment. The tile is beautiful, + the store is pretty. It is such a nice place to ogle colors, materials, glazes, textures, etc. Forget what you think you know about New York---the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. When I visited Ann Sacks at the Boston Design Center, I was greeted by a woman who looked like she just ate a poop sandwich from the twisted look on her face when she watched me walk in the showroom. I wanted to browse on my own anyway since I am renovating 2.5 bathrooms and just wanted to be alone with my thoughts. The woman walked over to me and informed me that the tile I was looking at was very expensive. I had already assumed that since I was in, um, Ann Sacks. I smiled and thanked her and continued browsing. There was no one else in the showroom, yet she seemed intent on chasing me away by being generally rude and making snooty remarks every time I stopped in front of a display. I finally asked her if she wouldn't mind allowing me to browse alone and that I found her rude. She told me that she was sick, which was another reason I did not want her near me. I gave her my best regards for her health and got the h*** out of there. If I buy Ann Sacks tile, I will travel all the way to NY.
