Perfect. They were able to schedule the move within a few days of my first phone call. The crew arrived on time. They worked very quickly and very carefully. The piano arrived safely in its new home with absolutely no damage to the piano or any property. It was a perfect transaction and I can highly recommend Victor and his team.

Victor and his associate moved a piano from the first floor of a house to another house. He was very responsive to phone and text for the setup, and extremely punctual. Since we were buying the piano from another owner, it was very helpful to our scheduling that he was good at texting us the day of the move to let us know their latest timing. They were actually a few minutes early and were very efficient. They clearly know how to handle pianos, with moving blankets and ramps, and also drive their truck in such a way as to not risk damaging the piano enroute (I was driving beside them for most of the way). Responsive, polite, professional and punctual - would recommend them!

The move went really well! The crew showed up when they said they would. They were careful, professional and precise moving the piano from one location to the next.

I was impressed with Victor and his crew the day that they were suppose to move the piano. First, I had to ask for them to pick up the piano in a short 2 hour time frame versus the 3-4 hour time frame they gave me. Instead of requesting me to do another date and keep to his longer time frame he made it happen in that day in that time frame. As Victor and his crew where moving the piano from a basement to my home it began to snow and they safely delivered the piano without any harm to piano. Upon delivery Victor made recommendations on the care and maintenance of the piano. I would recommend Allegro to any friend or family looking for this moving service.

Victor and his team were great! They moved my grandmother's piano to my home after it had been in her home for 60 years. Victor and his crew were very professional and extremely efficient! The entire move took under an hour and that included travel time between houses. I would highly recommend Allegro Piano Movers and will use them again in the future if we need to move the piano. Victor and his assistant were outstanding. They were courteous, punctual, kept in close touch with me during the whole process, and even helpful in finding the best place in the living room for the piano. My high expectations were exceeded. The mover managed to move the piano from 6th floor of an apt through elevator and asked for a reasonable price.

Victor Sennik is the man in charge. He schedules morning or afternoon appointments and calls 20-30 minutes before arrival to confirm. In June, Victor and his helper arrived and walked the path of the move to be sure there was clearance. They emptied the damp chase system, removed the legs and wrapped the piano in blankets and cling-film. The piano was moved down one floor and stored standing on it's side. In August, Victor came back and did the whole process in reverse. Victor is a great guy, hard worker, and very reliable.

Called the guys at Allegro and agreed a time and price. As with any movers/service provider when they are seeing various people the same day they gave us a time window for arrival 3pm-6pm. The people we were picking up from had other plans midway through that time window and fortunately Allegro were able to turn up early in the time frame to accomodate them. One small hitch was that the people we were getting the piano had told us it was a first floor apartment. Which was not exactly true. It was the first floor of their house but they had a garage underneath and the Allegro guys had to go up 10 stairs and then a very awkward entryway which I was somewhat doubtful anyone could maneuver a piano through. However, the Allegro guys did it just the same. At our end all went much smoother and they were in and out in under 10 minutes. Great job. And so glad I did not have to strain a single muscle doing it!

They responded promptly to my request on their website. They came when they said they would. They called ahead like they said they would. They moved the piano safely and efficiently, and their price was very reasonable. I was nothing but pleased with their service. I will definitely contact them if we have to move a piano again.

I called on Monday and left a message for moving a piano I bought from a private party. Victor called back within a few minutes and he is very professional. I provided the details of the situation, and he gave me a quote and explained. He was able to move the piano on Wednesday. He and his assistant showed up on time, and also called me about 30 minutes before they arrived the seller's house. Moving the piano out of the sellers house was a bit challenging due to the structure of the house, but the two guys handled it with lots of care and expertise. Moving to my house was very easy. I appreciate the great help!

We were mostly pleased with Allegro piano movers. I had used another company for years who didn't show up on the day and Allegro stepped in with no hesitation and full confidence. They knew how to carefully move my piano. My only complaint was the owner spent the ENTIRE move in his cell phone. Even though he may have a lot of experience it was my first contact and it put me off. Advice for providers - turn off the phone!

We called and left a message with our need and the request to have it done before new years. Allegro called back the Friday after christmas and was able to come and perform our move the next day. They called before showing up. Two guys were here, they took very good care of the piano, ensuring it was in good shape, they provided a storage board for us to use during the 6 months on it's side, we provide blankets for cushioning. The two guys were able to get the piano closed up, on the dolly and moved as well as established on the storage board. The visit lasted no longer than half an hour. The two man team was efficient, friendly, clean. We will definitely call them back to put the piano back once our renovation is completed.

I was very pleased with the service. While the piano was in storage, I did have to follow up a few times in order to get a firm date that the piano was going to be delivered but once we agreed to a date that would work, they were there on time and brought the piano right into the room where we wanted it.

Allegro Piano Movers never responded to me. I completed their online quote form, as requested on their web site, and waited 5 days. I recall reading on Angie's List that someone else did not receive a response from this form but then had a positive experience over the phone, so I called and left a message at that point. It has been nearly a week and I have received no response.

From the very beginning Victor was very professional and returned my call immediately. He said he would accomodate my schedule and he did! He and his associate arrived on time and were professional and were very careful handling my piano into my home and on my floors. I would highly recommend Allegro Piano Movers!

I had contacted a few piano moving companies and had received quotes that were a little higher than I was willing to pay for this piano, which doesn't require any particularly special handling. Allegro was a little bit difficult to get in contact with at first - I requested a quote through their web site and did not hear back - but once I got Victor on the phone he quickly provided me with an extremely competitive quote. He was also able to schedule my move on short notice, slightly rearranging his schedule to accommodate my move. Victor had suggested that he would be able to arrive at my mother's house sometime between 10:00 and 11:00 in the morning, and would arrive at my house about an hour after leaving. At about 10:15 my mother called me to say that the movers (who she says were very courteous) had just closed up the truck and driven away. At 11:10, the truck arrived at my house. The movers took a quick look at the stairs leading to my front door - there are about 8 steps up, then a turn followed by 3 more steps - and devised a clever way of running their ramp from the lift on their truck up to the landing where the steps turn. They had the piano in the house in no time, positioned it against the wall, and were on their way.

So happy I chose to go with Allegro. Called five different piano moving companies and got a range of prices from a couple hundred dollars to about 650. Definitely didn't want to go with the cheapest option for fear I would get what I paid for, but felt 650 was a little high. Finally managed to find Allegro and they came in right in the middle. They were very responsive through the whole process (answered my first call while in the process of moving another piano!), asked me a set of simple questions and gave me a fair no-nonsense quote. I still wondered if the service could be as good as the guys charging over $600, but when they arrived I saw just how good and efficient they were. Everything was carefully wrapped and padded with thick blankets (pretty standard I'm sure), they took a quick look at my house and determined the best entry path, used just a simple steel ramp to wheel the piano body from their truck into my living room, and setup the piano completely in about 20 minutes without a single scuff or mark to any of the piano parts or my hardwood floors. He even suggested a better orientation of the piano than I had been thinking, and gave me some advice about care and maintenance. They were very professional and friendly (which always helps), and had clearly been doing this for a long time judging by the speed and efficiency with which they worked. Seriously, if you need a piano moved, you can't go wrong with these guys. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need my piano moved in the future.

Allegro Piano Movers had to pick up a piano in Manchester New Hampshire and move it to Needham, MA. They arrived at the house in New Hampshire exactly on time, after calling to confirm they were coming. They did not talk much, and got right to business moving the piano from a basement onto the truck. They were very polite and efficient. When they arrived at my house, they again did not talk too much, but were very friendly and polite. They were right on time in the window they specified, and very patient as I had them adjust the location to fit it in the right place. The price was great, and they were very accommodating to my schedule.

My experience with Allegro Piano Movers was great. They contacted me right after my first inquiry. They were up front with the cost for picking up and storing my piano. I thought the cost was reasonable. They gave me a date and time that worked with my schedule. They called about 10 mins before arrival, and got here right when they said they would. Both workers were courteous and professional. Even though it's only a small upright piano, the movers treated it as if it was a big piano. They were very careful with it and got it safely into the truck. I will be calling them again when it's time to have the piano delivered to its final destination.

I researched several piano movers and when I spoke with Victor I knew that my search was over. I needed a professional piano mover to move a full upright old piano from my neighbor's house to my house. Victor gave me a very competitive quote over the phone and said he would try to add my move to the end of his day (same day I called). I spoke with him a few times during the day and he was responsive and informative.
