Description of Work: Tony painted the entire interior of a single residential house which included: three rooms in the basement plus a full bathroom. The first floor included the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a half bath, a mud room, a hallway, and the staircase leading up to the second floor. The second floor included, the master suite, the hallway, the full bathroom, and the second floor office. All the ceilings in the house, plus seven closets were painted. Tony sheet rocked 5 of the 7 closets as well. The first floor dining room had layers and layers of old wallpaper removed and the walls sanded and painted. The ceilings were pop-corned. The banister in the hallway was sanded to its original wood and then lacquered. All the rooms were very well prepped prior to being painted. Every light fixture covered as well as the cabinets, doorknobs, appliances, windows, floors, etc. When the rooms were painted, the windows were washed and 15 window treatments were installed.
