+ -1 moreThey did a good job, but I did not get the results of the report on time. I was trying to buy a home and wanted to review a copy of their report prior to signing a purchase and sell agreement. I did not receive a copy of the report in time for me to be able to be informed prior to signing the purchase and sell agreement.
Description of Work: They performed a home inspection and a lead inspection.

+ -1 moreWe used this company because the owner works hand to hand with HUD on inspections and also loans. The only complaint is he was hard to pin down to get the paper work finished.
Description of Work: This was just for the basic home inspection so we could get a HUD loan.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and were very descriptive. They did not have pictures in the report, but otherwise it was detailed and efficient. All the workers were prompt and professional since it was a Saturday.
Description of Work: It was an inspection of electric, carpet, hardware, roof, basement, etc.

+ -1 moreMr. Baker came on time, explained his credentials and pointed out problems with other parts of the building. He took a little longer than promised to return the written report, but not an unreasonable amount of time. He was polite and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Mr. Baker inspected our porch, gave us a detailed report, including the time frame in which we needed to make the repairs, and a checklist of what needed to be done, so we would have it when working with contractors.

+ -1 moreRon Baker and Herb Riggs are knowledgeable, personable and very sharp about inspecting a property. They took their time, were reasonably priced and understood the emotional issues around homebuying. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: This company did some top notch inspections and really helped me understand the houses I was looking at. They thoroughly addressed all my questions and went through each building component with me very carefully. I accompanied them throughout the whole inspection, and learned a great deal.
