Without a doubt, the best cleaner we've ever used. He has all the basics down: on time, thorough, good eye for dust. He is friendly and pleasant to interact with. My wife and I always enjoyed a chat with him while he did the kitchen. We went to his home for dinner, and it was a showcase. He's house proud, and he'll make you house proud too.

From the very beginning, Joe was diligent, reliable and hard working. He would often go above and beyond, doing extra things without being asked like sweeping up the leaves in my patio. On top of that, he's a genuinely nice person.

Joe has been the exclusive cleaner/housekeeper for our 4k sq ft, 5 bd, 4.5 bath home for over a year. I found his services here on Angie's list originally in spring of 2014 after my last long-time housekeeper moved on. Joe is in our home twice a week, is an absolute joy to interact with, and the quality of his work is unmatched. He is reliable, amazingly dependable, and, most importantly, extremely trustworthy. He always looks out if something seems amiss, and while many put those that work in the home in the role of 'the help', I really consider Joe family and would do anything for him. The best cleaning service we've ever used. We started using Joe in August 2012 for weekly cleaning of our office space including a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We are totally satisfied with his work. He is very thorough and fastidious. Joe always arrives on time and completes the job quickly and efficiently, while still paying attention to the details. He comes the first week of every month and does a great job cleaning the areas I don't. He cleans the entire house like it is his own. He is very trustworthy and fair. I highly recommend him.

Joe started the day by arriving early. He was very friendly and had excellent suggestions about cleaning products. He did not refuse to do anything I asked him to. He got to work and the apartment was shining.

From the time I first contacted Joe, he's been terrific. Very responsive, professional and flexible.

Joe arrived a little bit early and was ready to work. He had come the week before to give us a time and cost estimate for the first time cleaning. He started out really well at the top of our house - getting the gunk out of the grout in the tub, vacuuming, wiping down windows, etc; however, as the day went on, I felt the quality of work and attention to detail went down. He had given us an estimate to clean our whole house, including our office, but he didn't touch it not even dusting or vacuuming. By the end, which was a few hours later in our kitchen, I could tell he was rushing to finish and get out. He didn't clean places I would have expected for a "thorough first time cleaning" - such as the stove hood, front of cabinets, gunk around the kitchen faucet. There were even large, visible cobwebs left. Overall he was nice and it was a good job at the beginning of the work; however, I felt that I didn't get my money's worth because he rushed at the end due to his underestimate of the time it would take (even though he did a walk through) and his need to get somewhere else I guess. He didn't even offer to come back and finish properly, if he had somewhere else to go. We also had asked him for additional pricing after the initial estimate but never heard back from him after the initial cleaning. I guess he didn't feel it went great either.

Joe is a thoughtful, considerate, and industrious worker. He is careful to do all the work you ask him for, and usually e-mails after his work day to check to see if everything is okay. He has a key to my house and I trust him completely. When I was looking for a house cleaner, I checked his references, which were all stellar, and so they should be. He cleans my house weekly and I would recommend him to anyone.

Joe did an excellent job with humor, professionalism and good will. As this was a major move from another city, Joe made this a relatively painless procedure. I would strongly recommend for any deep cleaning needed. Additionally, Joe made himself available on a Sunday to help us out before the big move.

Joseph did a very great job and I am very pleased with all that was done. He has a flexible schedule. I think the pricing kind of varies on the size of the place. My experience was very positive and they did not break anything.

Joe responded to our initial phone call with a call back the same day. He then came to our place to look it over and give us an estimate, and next performed a thorough, first-time cleaning for about $150-$200. After that, we hired him to come once every three weeks or so. He is very responsive and easy to get in touch with, both on the phone and via e-mail. He is also thorough and friendly, and will focus on any special job you ask of him (window sills this week, extra work on the shower next time, etc.) We trust Joe with a spare set of keys (and that's saying a lot).

IT WENT VERY WELL. JOSEPH CORNER IS A PLEASANT POSITIVE PERSON WHO IS ANXIOUS TO MEET MY NEEDS, UNDERSTANDING, AND NON CRITICAL AND FULL OF HELPING SUGGESTIONS. HE WORKS HARD AND IS THOROUGH. HE DID NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. HIS GOAL WAS TO PLEASE ME. HE UNDERSTANDS WHAT HAS TO BE DONE AND DOES IT THOROUGHLY. HE IS MOST PLEASANT AND COOPERATIVE. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. I LOOK FORWARD TO USING HIS SERVICES ON A REGULAR BASIS. HE IS A CARING PERSON.

Joe did a fabulous job. He was responsive to my request and prompt in coming for the estimate and on the day he did the cleaning. He was a very nice, courteous, and respectful man who worked very hard for two hours in my home. He did a fantastic cleaning job at a very reasonable price. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Above and Beyond Cleaning does a great job for me. Joe lives right here in Center City and does all the cleaning himself. He is very thorough and his prices are very, very reasonable. The great thing about Joe is that he is also willing do do other special projects like cleaning the basement or doing yard work. He is honest, reliable and flexible.
