 + 0 moreI sent an email to my entire condo association recommending them! Nice, helpful, responsive, quick, honest - people just don't do business like this anymore!!
Description of Work: SO fantastic - had a gas issue in my unit (carbon monoxide alarm going off) and had to replace the gas stove. The gas was shut off at the valve by National Grid and so I needed a plumber to connect the new stove & turn on the gas. I called about 14 people, and after a week had gotten only one (!) return phone call who said they were booked for 2 weeks. BUT, this morning I called AF Ventolieri who called me back within 20 minutes. Spoke to Ryan and he said he could go out Monday, but when I told him the tenants had not had a stove for over a week, he immediately said he would go out today! He even went out of his way to pick up the key to my place from the management company.

 + 0 moreOur condo association has used AF Ventolieri in the the past for a couple of emergency calls. For this work it was a pre-scheduled replacement of a water heater. Scheduling the initial estimate was easy and I received a detailed estimate the next day. I went ahead with the work and Ryan did a great job. My water heater is in a closet above a washer and dryer stack that did not provide a lot of room for the newer and differently shaped water heater tank to fit but after changing the layout of some of the connecting pipes, the new tank and drip pan went in without any issues. The work took a little longer than anticipated but the final price was still the amount in the estimate.
