+ -1 moreThe job was done fairly well. Employees were professional and punctual. Although I inpected the job before the company left, I did later find a few small gaps in application around windows that I later had to fill with canned spray foam. A nuisance, but I got over it. The price was high, but I really wanted spray foam for its high insulation value and its ability to completely block air flow.
Description of Work: Used 2 lb polyurethane spray foam for a small guest bedroom (8x15 ft) that was remodeled down to the studs. Rafters insulated 4.5 inches @166 sq ft (747 board ft), walls 3 inches @ 224 sq ft (672 board ft). Before job, windows were masked off. Machine that sprayed the foam was hooked right into my home's circuit braker, then removed when job was completed. After foam was applied, most of it was trimmed properly so that sheet rock could go over. We had to stay out of the area for a few hours while the foam offgassed.
