PC Support Solutions

When I first called John, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had experienced "rent-a-geek" services, and found it difficult to get my computer needs clear. I had brought my computer to another large company (name not to be mentioned) who were not able to deal with the services I needed, and also delivered my computer back to me without fixing it. So I called PC Support Solution and they were able to get things humming. Over the years, as I had new challenges, such as purchasing and changing over to new systems, back-up, etc. PC Support Solutions was right there, meeting the challenges. He set things up so he could work on my computer remotely, and most of the time that is enough, although he'll come on-site if it will improve the outcome. Most of the time I give him a call and --like magic--in the morning it is all fixed. But he is also proactive and lets me know if there is something I should think about addressing, such as a new virus out there. John is such an expert. Sometimes, he gets so delighted by the geeky details, he provides just a little too much information, but I can't blame him. He really enjoys what he does, and it shows in the excellent results.
