Called to say they would arrive earlier than expected. They located and fixed problem very quickly. I then asked if they could look and give us a quote on replacing old electrical heating system on 2nd floor. Justin told us about some new technology options for the heating system and will work up a quote based on two different approaches.

Peter came to the house himself to prepare an estimate because we thought we needed to have our electrical service upgraded and have a ceiling fan/light fixture installed. He pointed out that the service had been upgraded we just needed a new circuit box with more room in it as ours was maxed out and many circuits were shared. He emailed an estimate the next day. We scheduled the work a month out. The electricians showed up right on time, were professional, friendly and clean. I had discovered an outlet that didn't work and they were able to easily track down the problem and resolve it. They were in and out with no problems. I highly recommend them.

We called to get a quote. He came within a few days at the exact time we arranged. He provided a quote the next day. We told him we wanted to hire him and he was flexible about the timing. Before starting we had a change in scope of the project (change in location of temporary electrical service). We called him and he re-quoted the same day. We set up a date for the work and he executed according to plan and within the time frame.

Peter came to the house to see what work was needed and emailed a written estimate within a few days. It took a few weeks for him to get proof of insurance to me, but that finally came through. I was in no hurry to have the work done; I had been waiting a year or two to have enough small jobs to make it worth doing in one visit, so the delay wasn't a problem for me. The electrician arrived precisely at the scheduled time, did the work with minimal interruption to my routine, cleaned up beautifully. The only hitch was that 10 minutes after he left, I went to send a fax and discovered one of the phone lines was not working (no dial tone). He had added another extension on the phone lines and we had checked the new connection, but didn't recheck the old extensions. I called Peter Casello, and he sent the worker back immediately to fix the line. Excellent service. And this time we checked all the phone extensions before he left.

They have been prompt and efficient at each visit. They are the only electricians we will use.

When Peter came to give a bid on the project, he told me he wouldn't be the lowest. Well - all of the bids were very close and his references were great and gave me his word that he would complete the work properly, keep me informed and could be flexible around our budget and managing logistics around other contractors. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. The work is meticulous, every wire is labeled including the network and cable TV connections in the basement. The people he has working for him uphold the same standards - they are reliable, clean up after themselves, and are professional in every sense of the word.

They are without a doubt extremely thorough and fast. Thorough in that they ensure all installations have the proper connections to the main board and fast in that nothing ever bogs them down in not knowing what to do. They really know their electrical work and never hesitate to answer any questions we might have.

Peter's slogan is "Every call returned", and he never once let us down. He returned my initial call that evening and explained that he does estimates once a week. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time and was clear and thorough in doing the estimate and got back to me by email within a couple of days. (His price was right in the middle of the three that we obtained). He did not perform the work himself, but sent two of the most professional, courteous, friendly contractors I have ever encountered. They were polite, quick, neat and knowledgeable. You know how, when you're frustrated by a contractor and you get all self-righteous and you think, "If I was in the business, I'd do things differently! I'd remember that customer service matters as much as the finished product! I'd be organized! I'd be punctual! I'd respect my customer's time"! Peter Casello and his colleagues run this business exactly like that. It's far too rare these days.

They were incredibly responsive and polite, by phone and in person. They were very efficient on the job, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were very meticulous. They went above and beyond. They even offered to and programmed our remote for the new satellite TV and called the satellite provider to activate the receiver.

Excellent - superior workmanship and professionalism. They laid cloths in my house so they wouldn't track dirt in. Arrived on time. This is the third time I have had Casello come out and at this point, I don't call any one else.

THE FIRST CALL WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY, AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED WHEN STATED.

MY INITIAL CALL AND A LATER FOLLOW UP CALL WERE BOTH RETURNED ON THE SAME DAY. ELECTRICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND CLEANED UP AT THE END. THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE FAN THAN WAS EASILY CORRECTED. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

EXCELLENT QUALITY, COURTEOUS WORKERS, REASONABLY PRICED, AND NEAT CLEANUP. KNOTCHES WERE PATCHED PROFESSIONALLY. RATHER THAN TAKE THE EASY ROUTE AND RUN WIRE MOLDING ACROSS THE CEILING BEAM FOR THE CEILING FAN LIKE SOME ELECTRICIANS WANTED TO DO, TRICKY WIRE SNAKING INSIDE THE CATHEDRAL CEILING WAS DONE RESULTING IN COMPLETELY HIDDEN WIRING. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WOULD BE THAT WHEN I CONTACTED THE OWNER TO LET HIM KNOW THE CEILING FAN ON/OFF SWITCH WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, HE SUGGESTED I RETURN IT TO THE STORE. I THEN TOOK THE SWITCH COVER OFF, ADJUSTED THE SWITCH SLIGHTLY, PUT THE COVER BACK ON, AND IT WORKS FINE. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SWITCH.

CREW ARRIVED ON-TIME, WAS VERY QUIET, CLEANED UP AND THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORK WAS COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY, APPROX. 2-3 HRS, AND THE THREE WORKERS WERE WELL INFORMED ON BUILDING CODES. THE OWNER WAS PERSISTENT ABOUT CALLING ME BACK WHEN I WAS GOING THROUGH THE ESTIMATE AND ARRANGING THE APPOINTMENT. THIS IS VERY UNUSUAL IN THE CONTRACTING BUSINESS.

COMPANY PRIDES ITSELF ON 'NO JOB TOO SMALL' AND WILL BE RETURNING TO DO JUST THAT WITH US; ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS, WAS VERY FOCUSED, AND EVEN HELPED A PLUMBER ALSO ON-SITE TO MOVE D/W AND STOVE; HE ALSO SECURED A VERY LOOSE SUB PANEL COVER THAT HE NOTICED AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT.
