We are very disappointed. He was unreliable and did not even give us the courtesy of calling to say he would not be doing the job after agreeing to do it. We lost valuable time trying to get someone else to do it believing he would follow through. Travis Stopa was recommended to us by a very helpful person at a Lumber Company. We were hoping to have a leaking skylight replaced. Upon initial contact he seemed very knowledgeable and was told us up front he would not be able to stop by for an estimate for two weeks because he was going on vacation. He agreed to stop in when he got back, while we were away on our vacation, and would leave us a voice mail. We received no voice mail. Upon returning from vacation I called him and he admitted he forgot to stop by. He agreed to do so the next morning at 8:00. I dragged my jet-lagged body out of bed only to have him not show. When I called to find out what happened he told me he was in Connecticut but would stop by later. He stopped by, looked at the skylight and was apologetic. He agreed to send me an estimate ASAP and thought the job could be done in the near future. This is the last we heard from him despite sending him an additional heartfelt email asking him to please consider doing the job.
