Description of Work: I bought "install 4 recessed lights" deal. I called Carlos to schedule my appointment for a Saturday. He was here as expected and finished the job. He did not have the dimmer switch on hand so he came back one of the following days to install it :-) | |Carlos has very nice demeanor. He also looked at other electric projects /things we were planning to do in the house and gave great recommendations. I will definitely call Carlos back and use his services in future.

Description of Work: We have used Carlos three times so far, and every time we were impressed. We found him on Angie' List. First time he replaced the electric panel in our daughters house, and ran a wire for an electric range. Second time he did electrical repairs in a condo we were selling. Last time he did (many) repairs and improvements in a condo we bought.

+ -1 moreWith regard to design Carlos is easy to work with. He talks through everything and makes suggestions before he starts. He is respectful of the homeowners ideas yet shares safety concerns and cost savings measures so you have the opportunity to make changes before the meter starts running. Operationally Carlos is a pleasure to work with. Always feel like I am being treated fairly in terms of cost, he is very competitive on rate and hours for billing. Also a very good communicator regarding schedule and suggested improvements. My family has been in the construction business for 50 years and I have worked with a dozen different electrical contractors over time. I know what good electrical work looks like, Carlos doesn't just bore through structural members with considering other solutions. He uses good material and the quality of his finish work is great. We are building a new 3500 sq/ft house and he is our electrician for that project as well.
Description of Work: Safety updates to the main electrical service. Safety updates to a laundry area. Safety updates to a kitchen in the primary residence. Wired an addition on the primary residence. Wired a complete bathroom remodel and a brand new bathroom in the primary residence. Brought underground service with a 30AMP sub-panel to a remote building.
