My memory is a little dimmer now as this was a year ago and I just subscribed to Angie's List this week (3/14/11). My condo association had tried to reach two or three roofers that were recommended by other sources before we reached Roofs Corp. I thought Tim Morgan was very responsive and they were good about getting someone out to survey the problem, especially as another wave of rain hit. In fact, this had to be one of the worst spring rains we had experienced in this area in decades and there were a lot of people in the region needing repairs and emergency services. The person surveyed the damage and gave me the estimate which was the final cost. Our Association also asked for an estimate for additional roof repair for the entire front of the house and the service representative also looked at the entire roofing needs of our building which is an 1850s federal style home broken up into 4 units. Quite honestly, our association fees have been depleted and we recently increased our dues to refund our treasury. We still have a ways to go. The association officers for the 4 units felt, at the time that the estimate was high and that we would need to get more to get a sense of the market to better evaluate the estimate, something which we still need to do when we feel we can better afford the work. I feel that Roofers successfully diagnosed and repaired a very serious leak that was doing a lot of damage. There seems to be no other problem as yet a year later. I would seriously consider using them for the additional roofing repairs/replacement on our building pending other estimates and recommendations. i would also recommend them to other potential customers. I am probably a hard marker in terms of the grading.
