+ -1 moreI used this company and was very happy with the results. It took them a few hours and the results were much better than my previous approach of renting machines from Taylor Rental that took me 2-3 days to do the work. The guys were courteous and cleaned up everything.
Description of Work: We have a 20X40 inground pool with a concrete apron surrounding it. Over the winter the concrete becomes very dirty and discolored. In the past I have rented pressure washers and cleaned it myself. However this takes about 2 days because the rental machines do not have the power to do it. It's like using a pencil point to remove the discoloration. They used machines that look like floor sanders with a circular pad that scrubs the concrete surface. In addition they additional areas around the house.

+ 0 moreWe have two enormous trees beside our two-story colonial. Over the years we could see the moss and lichen building up on the roof, but were afraid to climb up there ourselves. Jim got right to work as soon as he arrived, cleaning the roof thoroughly and rinsing the house off afterwards.
Description of Work: He removed the lichen and moss from my roof, by pre-treating then pressure washing it off.

+ -1 moreThey didn't reply to my first phone call. Five days later I called again, spoke to someone and had an email follow-up where I provided photos of my house. Their quote, when it finally came, was more than *twice* as much as the provider I used (and loved). I had gotten 3 other quotes, and theirs was in another universe from the other 3.
Description of Work: I requested a quote to have our house power-washed.

+ 0 moreHe did an amazing job. He also noticed that we have a hole in our siding. He offered to come back and fix the hole later, at no charge. It was completely unrelated to patching the roof. He goes above and beyond; he is such a nice guy.

Description of Work: Called and received a prompt response. He came out, gave me an estimate and I scheduled the service within the week. He was prompt, efficient and professional. I even recommended him to a neighbor.

+ -1 moreThis contractor was choosen from Angie's list. He returned my call promptly, made a proposal the next day, and we schedulled the work for two days later. He arrived promptly and set to work. He took whatever time was necessary, depending on the condition of the vinyl siding. Mold had been a real problem in some areas. Along with the siding, he washed moss from the front steps and did all the trim. A few hours later, the house looked teriffic.
Description of Work: My house and garage were pressure washed. Both were one story (with an attic) and vinyl siding. The house was extra long.
