We initially had difficulty reaching them. The office phone had no emergency provision and was closed for the day. We ended up calling the founder of the company who happened to have a home phone listed in the phone book. He gave us the cell phone number of the on call tech. He arrived about a half hour later and after some checks and testing he got the furnace going but said we needed a new aquastat control since the old one was acting up. He didn't have one in the truck or at his shop but said he'd check the local hardware store and/or Home Depot. He left and about an hour later called to say he'd found one at the hardware store. He returned and installed it and all was well. Steve was pleasant and went out of his way to fix our problem. It was not a cheap job. We were charged for a 4 hour labor minimum plus the part but it was worth it to get the heat back so quickly.

I appreciated that they assessed the problem quickly and referred me to my furnace maintenance company. They were honest about what needed to be done.
