They where on time. Very accountable and approachable. They did a great job.

Salt Box prepared a detailed plan on paper and went over it with us in detail. We had an opportunity to ask questions and request changes. Salt Box walked us around the nursery and showed us the plants that would be used and explained why. The work was a little late in being done but no big deal. The job was completed in one day. The crew was professional and thorough. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Had allowed trees and bushes to grow without serious pruning for twenty years. A tree was endangering utility lines to the house. Bushes and trees were blocking the view to the street and off the street parking. A person could not walk around the house without walking through bushes. Contractor bought a crew of about eight who cleared the property of bushes and trees within eight hours.

Salt Box is awesome. Our neighbors referred us to them. They had used Salt Box to landscape their yard, including some work to hide our yard from his. (Before we moved in, our yard was the eyesore on the block.) Doug at Salt Box worked with us for a full year (for free) planning things out before we started work. This planning involved tours of their nursery, drawings, visits in our yard marking stuff out in spray paint, and a steady focus on the final product's and quot;valueand quot; the whole way through. Doug really pushes two things: value and trust. As in, let's trust each other to get great value when he's done with his work. I've met a lot of contractors who have this philosophy; Doug and his team can actually back up their claims. He's also got contacts you can trust when you need stuff done that he doesn't do himself. We bought our house because it was the ugly one on the street. With Salt Box's help, we've turned the yard from a mess into a really nice place to be. There's still more to do and so there will be another review eventually. At the end of the day, I'm thrilled to have found Salt Box. I've recommended them to friends and I'm happy to serve as a reference for their work.

They are absolutely fantastic people. I do a lot of business with them. They stand behind their products. If something fails, they will help you. They are very nice people. Their prices are not the cheapest, but you get more for what you pay because of the help, guidance, and quality they provide. They have excellent quality. I usually give flowers to the people I do business with and I buy them there. They have some special offers at the end of the season, and they send cards to their customer with 20% discount. They are a very good company. They have been in this town for many years and run a nice business. They have never failed me, and I have never had any negative experience with them. They have always been positive. If something happens, they always try to solve it. They always do a nice job. Some people, I understand, are typical price people, and if you are looking for price then you don't want to go to Small Box. They are not very expensive either. Their prices are what it should be, and if you compare them to other nurseries, I would say they are right there and do a nice job for you. Their quality and responsiveness is excellent. They are very professional. I will shop at other places, but still I would buy something from there if I like it. There are the first place I go to.

We are on a first name basis, we know them very well. They are always nice to deal with.

The deck work turned out to be excellent. We also use Salt Box Nursery for landscaping.
