It didn't go (see above). I understand there is a lot of demand due to the weather however, it doesn't hurt to have a little common courtesy to call back and say "gee we're really booked right now" or "I can put you on a waiting list". It's good for business. I just heard back from them this evening (Sunday evening) via an email saying sorry we couldn't do your roof Saturday, do you still need service?

I was very happy with the professionalism, quality and speed. They arrived at 7 each day and worked until after sunset (In December). I had gone with them because of my neighbor's recommendation (they had done a complete re-roofing) that they were the best in the area and completely trustworthy.

Excellent overall. people were very cooperative. The cleanup was well done. I can understand the 'A' ratings they have received from other customers. I also rate them 'A'.

Stephen Champagne was very professional and knowledgeable about how to remedy ice dams. He put me to ease about the whole experience. Robert Green Roofing was immaculate about cleaning up debris and there were no nail remnants. They exceed my expectations on the quality of work and keeping the area very clean. The shingles match perfectly.

The quote was a little higher than I expected, and as normally happens, more needed to be done once they started. But the extra work was legitimate so I am glad that they found it. It was done fast and I went on the roof to take a look and I am impressed with the product that they used. Very good at cleaning up.

Throughout the entire process the communication and responsiveness were first class. They were prompt, clean and honest and they cared about any concerns that I had.

They did a great job! They were pleasant to work with and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They used high quality materials and paid attention to detail. All the employees were very pleasant to have around the house.

We have a roof with a number of dormers, several different levels and a turret; there were many edges and valleys to deal with. They did a great job and the house looks fantastic. I had several companies come out to give estimates. Some didn't show up, some did but never sent estimates. Of the several estimates I received Robert Green s company gave us an estimate that was on the high side, but was certainly not the highest. However I had a lot more confidence in their experience with wooden roofs than I did with the lower priced companies. The bulk of the work was done in the late winter. They worked section by section so there was never a large section of roof exposed to the weather or only protected by a tarp. They cleared sections of roof of both snow and old shingles and immediately got the ice and water shield over the section just in case they suddenly had to stop due to rain or snow. Any section that wasn't shingled by the end of the day was covered with a tarp. We had no problems with leaking and we did have several days of very nasty weather during the job. In addition to installing the ice and water shield on the roof deck they pulled the siding off the dormers and from a wall between two flat areas and ran the shield up those areas. They then replaced and repainted the siding. I feel much more confident that we wont have any leaks along the dormers now. The team was very good about keeping the driveway clear of nails and double checking it with a magnetized broom each time I needed to get my car in or out. They also went over the entire yard many times. I found a few bits of roofing material and a few nails, but only a few. I was very pleased with the cleanup. They did accidentally break one of our outdoor lights but Robert sent someone who replaced it and it is as good as new now. The only other issue I had, and this is partially my fault, was the delay in repainting the siding that was removed and replaced. I asked them not to paint it when the job was done because it was below freezing and I didn't think it would be a good idea to paint when it was that cold. Once it got warm we had lots and lots of rainy days and it did take some time before Robert could get someone to come and finish. But he didn't forget us and finally got someone out to finish. He also sent people back twice as the snow melted to make sure the debris and nails were all cleaned up. We are very pleased with the new roof and the skylights. The quality of work was very high.

I chose them because they gave the most detailed estimate of all companies I spoke with, specifying brand names of all materials. There were a couple of occasions where email or phone calls were returned late, due to mixed signals of who at the company was supposed to get back to me, but everything worked out. I would have liked more than a day's notice that they were coming, but we managed to cover the stuff in the attic and find refuge for the day for the dog and me to escape the noise. Cleanup was fabulous. The roof looks great.

I was pleased. I didn't write up on a report because of some difficulties with the work, but otherwise it was done OK. There were some communication difficulties.

It went very well. The company sales representative responded promptly to my initial call. He brought actual product samples to show and explained things in detail. He really set himself apart from other companies by explaining how his workers were experienced and trained to take quality measures. They only hand nail their roofing and use the best quality products and techniques. His estimate for pricing was right-on with other companies. What set them apart was their professionalism and product knowledge.

The worker came as scheduled and took some notes on the roof. He told us that the front office would get back to us, but we haven't heard from them since. It has been about three weeks.

This company was good about clean-up. They were not the lowest bid, but they were reasonable. You spend so much money on roofers, so you want to have a good roofer. They saved us from getting leaks. I think the roof looks good and I am happy with their work. They have a great reputation out here too in the suburbs. From my own personal experience with them, I would have to say they live up to it too.

They were very good. One of the best experiences because we had our lawn done and couldn't ask for a more professional job. They have an army of men. They didn't leave a mess and cleaned up when they were done. They were the lowest of three quotes.

Some shingles blew off our roof and caused a leak. The company returned our call in about an hour and came to do an estimate the same day. They were able to do the work the next day in advance of an impending rain storm which saved us from further damage.

They worked very well. They were very neat and cleaned up very well - they had a dumpster there. They used top-quality roofing materials (Certainteed shingles). They were wonderful to talk with, very reasonable if there was anything we needed to change in the contract. I had them roof the porch at the same time and have not had any problems. Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. All of the work was done in one day.

Came in, had a good crew and worked until it was done. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It hasn't leaked. The only complaint I had was that someone was supposed to come over and replace two shingles and they haven't done that yet.

An estimator came, climbed on the roof and clearly explained how they would proceed if they got the job. The gentleman was easy to deal with and took the time to answer all my questions. Had the estimate not been $2K more than others I got, I would have gone with them.

It doesn't get any better. Thorough analysis of work to be done. Estimate the next morning. Courteous and industrious crew. Couldn't find one nail on the ground after job was finished. Price was $2000 UNDER estimate! First Class operation.

BOB GREEN ROOFING DID A VERY NICE JOB PUTTING A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOUSE. HE WAS PROMPT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. HIS CREW ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A FEW DAYS.

WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD, BUT THE CLEANUP WAS NOT SO GOOD.
