They were excellent.

I put in a call to the company yesterday, based on positive Angie's List feedback. I left a message with an answering service and received a return call within five minutes. Bob was able to schedule me for the next day, which was much appreciated. He came within the scheduled window (a two-hour block) and was very patient and reassuring as he checked out the kitchen and other problem areas for evidence of mouse activity. He was also so respectful of my toddler, who was napping, and I appreciated that a great deal. I wasn't sure how to grade on pricing since he wasn't here more than a half hour and $250 seems pretty steep for that (though they do offer a six month guarantee where they'll come back if you see any more signs of mice). I'm giving them an "A" for price anyway, since my peace of mind is worth a significant sum to me. Overall, a great experience and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well.

Call for quote was promptly returned and service was scheduled a few days later. Bob inspected property and sprayed for ants inside and out. He made many great suggestions to prevent future problems with ants and other pests. Most of his suggestions were things we could do ourselves. We saw MANY dead and dying ants for about 10 days after his visit. Now we haven't had an ant in several weeks.

Bob returned my phone message immediately and explained they would spray outdoors to control the carpenter ants we were finding inside the house. He explained that this should solve the problem - because they would prefer to not treat the inside with insecticide if it was not necessary-which I was pleased to hear. We have not seen any since. He recommended we get on their automatic spring program to prevent this next year before it happens again - and we plan to!

New Tech was extremely professional; they responded to our request for information immediately with an over-the-phone estimate. We were able to schedule an appointment without too much wait, and they were on time for the appointment. They advised us against spraying in rooms in which we had not seen any ants and reassured us that the 6-month guarantee still holds if we find ants in those rooms. Finally, because of rain they couldn't spray the outside of the house, so someone came back on the first dry Sunday to finish the job.

I have been using New Tech for several years now. Bob is exceptionally professional and discreet, yet very friendly and personable. He calls back within minutes of leaving a message with his answering service, and is quite flexible when scheduling (and re-scheduling) appointment times. I have my house treated every spring for ants/insects, and though he will come back as many times as needed to follow-up I have never needed him to. He does a second treatment for mice at the end of the summer, which is included in the initial price. A little more expensive than others but worth every penny.

THE ANSWERING SERVICE SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE BACK TO ME, BUT I WASN'T EXPECTING A CALL WITHIN A MINUTE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, DID WHAT THEY SAID THE WOULD AND CHARGED WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HE CHOSE NOT TO BAIT THE ATTIC BECAUSE HE WOULD RATHER COME BACK AND DO THE HOUSE OVER THAN RECEIVE A CALL ABOUT A SICK CAT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY FAIR. THEY GUARANTEED THAT THE MICE WOULD NOT BE BACK FOR SIX MONTHS. IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

BOB WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING TO SOMEONE WITH AN IRRATIONAL FEAR OF MICE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WAYS TO AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS, AND TOLD US TO CONTACT HIM IF THE WORK HE DID WAS INEFFECTIVE.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.

HE LOOKED THROUGH MY ENTIRE HOUSE, MAKING AN EVALUATION OF AREAS THAT NEED REPAIR TO PREVENT FURTHER PEST PROBLEMS, AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF TERMITES, WHICH I AM HAVING HIM COME BACK IN THE SPRING FOR.

BOB WAS ON TIME & VERY POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

IN ADDITION TO ELIMINATING THE ANTS, THEY ACCOMMODATED OUR IMMEDIATE NEED FOR THEIR SERVICE. WE CALLED THEM ON A FRIDAY MORNING, THE DAY PRIOR TO AN EVENT WE WERE HAVING IN OUR HOME, THAT SAME AFTERNOON THEY TREATED FOR THE ANTS. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. ONCE FOR CARPENTER ANTS, ANOTHER TIME FOR WASPS AND NOW SMALL ANTS. THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE.
