The electrician, John, solved my problem quickly and was very nice to work with.

Came out within a week to install new outlets in order to mount 2 separate televisions and also replaced a ceiling light. George spent a few hours installing the new power and cable outlets while also running the wires out of sight. Completely satisfied by the work and price. Will recommend and use again.

The technician was on time, took the time to explain the different options available and their pros and cons. Once we choose the option that suited us he was very fast on the work.

I am having insulation installed in my home and before the process begins, I was told that I needed an electrician to rule out my home having knob and tube wiring. I was told the inspection would cost $250. My tenant had complained about the electrical outlets not working and I also needed someone to check that out. The technician arrived 25 minutes late. We first went to the apartment. When I returned to the apartment, I was told that the light bulbs needed to be replaced and that the sockets and overhead light were working. We went to the basement where the technician spent 20 minutes and told me that there was no knob and tube wiring. He told me that the charge would be $175 for replacing 3 light bulbs and $250 for the inspection. I balked and told him that I would give him a total of $100 for changing 3 light bulbs, which I still thought was exorbitant. I needed an invoice and called Malvern, the owner and asked him to send the invoice. When I told him about the exorbitant fee, he said that I should have only been charged $125 to change three light bulbs. He asked me if the technician had inspected the attic/crawl space, I said "No." He said that he would need to come back out to my home to do that inspection. Another day of getting up at 5:00 a.m., oy vay. He again arrived 25 minutes late, spent 15 minutes and left, no knob and tube writing found. When I first spoke with Malvern, I asked him how much it would cost to fix an electrical outlet and he said, "It varies," but was unable to give me a figure. This business is a rip-off.

The guys were quick and competed the job. They explained what they were doing and were upfront with the costs. I think they charge more than most electricians but I did not have time to shop around for better deals since I needed the project fixed.

I was not told credit cards were not accepted until immediately before the work began. I told the electrician I had to make sure I had the funds available, but he began the work before I confirmed it. When the work was completed, I did not receive a bill or receipt and had to ask for a business card.

I was replacing all of my light switches for smart switches, and my outlets with new tamper resistant ones. I did two of each, but when I got to my first three-way switch without a neutral wire, I realized I was over my head. I hired an electrician to finish everything. I was charged $3,670 and the 3-way switch that caused me to hire an electrician is now worse than it was before! At least the old dumb switches would both work, Furusa Electric installed all the 3-way switches so they don't work if one switch is off! What's worse is that he didn't tell me that the 3 way light switches didn't work right, I found that out when I tested them before he left, and asked why. He told me that he hadn't read the instruction manual that came with the smart switches until he had already installed them and realized they didn't work right. He told me that I would have to pay to have him come back, in order to do them again, in the right way.

I received a call from one of their subcontractors who was in my neighborhood and offered to come by. I was delighted, but when he told me there was a 4 hour minimum ($320), I really was surprised, but had no choice but to let him fix my problem. Wish I had known that before I agreed to let them come and do the work.

Very nice electrician. Appt was booked quickly and the electrician was even early for the appt. Discussed the job with us and quoted us a price. Work was done in a timely manner and he cleaned us after himself. Really positive experience. We would use this company again anytime.

Showed up on time. Got me the estimate and stuck to it. Got me out of a bad situation with a half done job. Will definitely call him first for future projects.

upgraded service to 100 amps in 2 family house.moved meters from inside to outside, combined electric water heaters with each floor panel thus eliminating 2 meters and added a third common meter. upgraded 3 circuits and installed new higher amp plugs. snaked and connected 4 wires from basement to attic for future updates. Will use Malvern and his team for future work
