Malvern Furusa and his team are top-notch in their level of skill, professionalism, dependability and integrity. He has become my go to electrician for ALL of my projects, whether I'm constructing an apartment building or need work done at my personal residence. I rarely / never take the time to write reviews, but I consider it an honor in this case. Malvern did some electrical work at my house that ended up being not much in the way of "work" at all. In fact, he talked me OUT of having any actual work done by showing me simple fixes to problems that have been plaguing me for quite some time. Frequent trips on dining room circuit were due to too many incandescent bulbs. Flickering lights in another chandelier were due to a loose connection. A "rewiring" problem was fixed by simply plugging something into a different (less vulnerable/loaded) outlet. There were some other things he showed me as well, but the approach was the same: incredible troubleshooting to find the lowest/no-cost solution. Malvern did all this without making me feel like an idiot, which would have been appropriate given that "user error" was the closest thing to a common denominator across these varied issues. Contractor gave price and set up time with in a couple days to install a new breaker box at a 2 bed condo I own in Acton. When the work was done panel was OK but the panel screws used were two long and the went through the wall out into the hall. I called contractor who returned immediately the next day to rectify the problem
