It went ok. They were the low price of three companies who priced the work (all National Grid value plus installers). There were some snags scheduling the work due to delays by the utility company and mother nature. Their installer was very patient waiting for the gas company to come install the meter. Much appreciated. My biggest issue was that there was clearly information that was not communicated between their sales person and the gentleman installing the work. If I hadn't stayed home from work and walked the installer through my agreements with their office I'm not sure what would have happened!!! Also, there was no training on the new system. Granted its a steam boiler so it's pretty simple, but nobody showed me how (or when) to add and remove water from the system. Two service calls have taken place since the original installation. Both times the service was prompt. The second time they were they sent me a bill for something that could have been easily avoided with a 5 minute trouble shooting session on the phone. Instead I received a bill for $170 dollars that I was able to negotiate down to $95. After spending over $11,000 on a new system this simple issue could have been avoided if they had offered some training. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I would not use them again or recommend them because of this.
