+ -1 moreCalled twice to get a quote on tree removal, once on Dec 15, 2014 and a follow up call on Dec 22, 2014. Neither time receiving a call back. Would find a better tree service who actually wants and values your business.
Description of Work: Ignored two calls.

+ -1 moreI called jp tree service and he got back to me in 2 days. I said i just wanted to have the 3 trees dropped and that i the neighbors were going to take the wood. He came on time and within a few hours the trees were dropped.
Description of Work: Three 80 foot plus trees were cut down in the backyard

+ -1 moreMy neighbor and I wanted to take down a dead tree on the border of our property. She called several companies for estimates and Jand P Tree Service had by far the lowest bid. I was not present for the estimates (my neighbor took care of that). Jand P gave us a range of when the service would be performed, and they were delayed a day or two from that due to weather. This didn't put me or my neighbor out though, but is why I'm giving them a C for punctuality instead of an A. I was present when they took down the dead tree. They did it quickly, and did a great job cleaning up. I was not present when they pruned my maple. They took off the dead stuff (a lot) and also did a great job cleaning up. The plants underneath that tree weren't touched. In both cases power lines were an issue, and there were no problems with the power lines.
Description of Work: J&P took down a dead tree on the border of my neighbor's property, and pruned a tree on my property. The price for the dead tree was $1000 (which my neighbor and I split), and $350 to prune my maple. J&P arranged for a police detail to direct traffic (included in the price). They took care of all the cleanup.

+ -1 moreThe overall work turned out good. They were very careful and they cleaned up pretty well after they were done with their work. They basically did what they said they would do. I had checked with several other companies but I liked the approach they had to my problem and they had the best price. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used J & P Tree Service for tree service. The last time I used them was two months ago. They removed a tree for me.

+ -1 moreThey left the trunks and took away the debris. They did a great job. They were very professional and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up. They were very prompt.
Description of Work: They cut five dead oaks and trimmed eleven other oaks and removed dead wood and branches leaving some for firewood.
