 + -1 moreFran has always responded right away to our needs for ordinary plumbing items (like the burst connection and failed thermocouple mentioned above), handling the problem, so far as he could with the DW. He explained the work and made us feel very comfortable about what he was doing. His ability to listen and help with a much larger project for this spring has really impressed us. We look forward to working with him.
Description of Work: Fran came right away to help us with a frozen pipe, did what he could do and explained that that the broken piece was part of the dishwasher, which required appliance service. He also came right away to replace a thermocouple on our heating when we had no heat this winter. More to the point, we are working with Fran to replace our heating and hot water system when the weather warms up. He has been exceptionally helpful with the planning, listening to our needs, our budget and our wishes. I would not consider using anyone else for the job. He is a pleasure to work with.
