This deal worked out well for me. They were on time and did what the deal offered. Nice job.

Very satisfied overall. Great communication and very punctual. The finished work is not the prettiest; the sealant dried with many visible drips. The quality of the work, however, isquite acceptable considering the price paid and the quotes received from other companies.

I have own the house for 20 years and the basement was never waterproofed. I personally dealt with the owner, who was very knowledgeable. He educated me on the construction of old houses over 100 years old. The work took about 2 days, they arrived promptly at 8am and worked until 5pm. They always cleaned up afterwards and when the work was completed, I could not believe it. My basement was bright and clean. They used high quality materials instead of cutting corners on the materials that was used.

Contractor was punctual and curteous. He performed the work as expected and cleaned up appropriately afterwards. Difficulty has been that it is not possible to know whether the fix works until there is a significant period of wet weather, so the jury is still out.

Jeremy and his staff inspected our wall foundation for the initial crack. He also noticed other cracks so we took additional cracks. The job took about 2 hours.

They arrived on time, inspected the basement for additional cracks, and proceeded to repair both cracks found. There was a third crack identified, but we chose not to have it repaired due to small size and location. They left it up to us how much additional work we were interested in taking on.

We were told that we need other work to be done first before we had the crack filled. We have no problems with this company we just need a refund.

We bought an Angie's List Big Deal for a foundation inspection and had them come around to take a look. I was surprised because a few hours after I bought the deal the owner (Jeremy) called me to set up a time to come by. He told me that he was going to be in my area already on a day that worked for me so he gave me a rough time when he would stop by. I appreciate that he was already at other locations and could have gotten hung up or who knows what else, but I did find myself waiting around for a while (maybe an hour) before he showed up. With just this one experience I certainly wouldn't hold it against him. When Jeremy got here he asked me why I wanted the inspection and what my concerns might be then we went right into looking around our basement. He took a thorough look around and pointed out everything he was seeing. He brought up a lot of great points and even mentioned that we might be eligible for some discounts through a state run program we were already involved with. We next walked around the outside of the house. He again was full of insight and great ideas. I expected him to just mention things about the foundation and the grade of our yard but he pointed out details of our roof gutters and drainage solutions that would work with them without just directing it to our neighbors yard and driveway.

We will be having them seal our basement floor this summer. Estimate is $4,500 for sealing the (22x24 ft) floor and we have a coupon to deduct from $500 from that price. I want to compliment the estimator because, as part of his evaluation of our basement, he offered advice on things that we can do on our own to improve our basement climate control and the outside foundation prior to having the floor sealing done. We are still considering their additional proposal to also seal the concrete block basement foundation inside ($4,000) so we could finish the basement.

Jeremy from Done Right performed a thorough evaluation of the condition of the fieldstone foundation of our house, inside and outside. We reviewed both the foundation- and drainage-related causes of the moisture and occasional puddling of water in the basement and steps that could be taken to remediate. I appreciated Jeremy's thorough knowledge of the history of these types of foundations as well as his professionalism in making recommendations without turning it into a sales pitch for his company's services. In reviewing the drainage issues, he gave tips on inexpensive ways that I could make fixes myself--and in examining the basement, he was as thorough in describing the areas that wouldn't require work (and were in good shape for the foreseeable future) as he was with the problem areas. Overall, a great experience.

It went great. They were fast, about a half hour, and made no mess. Sealed crack is now shiny and smooth.

Jeremy and his partner showed up on schedule, did a good job of scraping and sealing a nasty crack in the concrete basement wall. Since November, water has not been leaking in.

I was very impressed. Jeremy contacted me to schedule the service when he was going to be in the area. It was a FREEZING cold day and yet he never complained or rushed the consult. He arrived on time. He was articulate, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. Jeremy explained in simple terms what he observed about the trouble spots. He quickly prioritized any priority projects, identified the type of company that could help me with certain solutions (e.g. masonry vs foundation repair), and took time to explain the cause, effect, and required solutions. It did not result in any real work for his company, as my problems related more to masonry concerns, but I appreciated his expertise and willingness to help even when it did not mean big business for him. If I ever had foundation concerns in the future, I would definitely use this company. Did not feel any pressure or push to make something small seem like a big issue. Highly recommend.

They arrived promptly as scheduled and did the work quickly (less than an hour). Come Spring, we'll see if it keeps the water out but at this point the repair seems quite solid.

I used the special that was advertised. Professionalism was really great. They came and did what they needed to do. It didn’t take them long at all. They were good in explaining what they did and how it all works. I have no objections with price because I got it on special. The quality seems to be very good. There was no issues, they did the work and cleaned up afterwards. They were little bit slow in getting back to me. They were right on time.

Jeremy had some insightful, practical suggestions for how to improve my property around my foundation and a few problem areas with the foundation of my house and garage. He didn't try to pitch any unnecessary work, and in fact most of the items he suggested are items his company doesn't do. My one complaint is that the $500 "repair credit" was subject to an unstated minimum order. The $99 price, however, was reasonable for the services rendered. I'm glad I didn't buy two offers as suggested in the Big Deal to increase the repair credit.

I was very happy with my experience with Done Right Services. Jeremy came and inspected my foundation (130 year old fieldstone foundation). He showed me a number of small issues and told me what he could do to fix them. Importantly, I really appreciated that he didn't just drive me to use his service to do the repair but instead helped me understand how I could do parts of it myself, even offering some tips and tricks. I have not yet decided whether I'll do it myself, but if not I would definitely consider going with Done Right Services for the work.

I bought a coupon to repair one foundation crack. When I called them they told me put a fan on the crack to dry it out and call to schedule an appointment when it was dry. The day I called they were in the area and came within an hour. They did the original crack and 3 additional cracks for an additional charge. They were quick, neat and very polite.

It was a great overall experience. They were prompt and professional.

The service was excellent. They fit us in right away and were very helpful. While they were doing the work, they explained everything very well. They were able to take care of everything, and they even offered to come back if needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

House has poured concrete basement walls. Three cracks had developed. One crack appeared to allow water to enter basement. The Angie list deal was for one crack. Contractor offered to work on other two cracks for same amount per crack. I agreed. Contractor covered the cracks with an epoxy substance. Do not know results yet. Have to wait for a heavy rainfall.

It went well. they were on time, very informative and did an additional crack repair for the same Angie's price. it looks very neat, not like when I had crack x repair foundation cracks.

They did great. It was good work. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They seem professional. It was a good experience overall.
