What they wanted to do was completely unnecessary. We had some water penetration, so we wanted to get an idea of the severity of it and if there was anything absolutely necessary that needed to be done to remedy the moisture problem. They wanted to put sealer on all the walls, which I didn’t need them to tell me. However, they did come out in a timely manner once the deal was scheduled.

After a recent summer flash flood, we had a significant amount of water come into our newly refinished basement. After speaking with Jeremy he came out the next day to take a look. After he inspected the property, we luckily recommended that it was a combination of gutters needing to be repaired with landscape grade issue rather than the property and gave us recommendations on how to fix it. Jeremy was so professional and I was very grateful that he provided an honest assessment of the problem. We implemented the landscape recommendations he made that afternoon and after a very heavy rain this morning, no leaking! I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone who has a water issue. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional.

I felt like I needed this to be done and this company was able to do that for me. Initially he gave me a price and then found some things else that needed to be done. This is kind of like a crawlspace that I cannot get into it. I feel like they did a good job and I will be having a home inspection coming up. This job did take a couple of days to complete. He did email me following up to make sure I was satisfied.

I contacted them a few times and they never called me back. I waited a while thinking they were overwhelmed. I called them back again and they never called back either time.

He came by and was really nice. We would have had to empty the basement. That’s not something we could have done. We ended up not having the work done. We just wanted him to patch the walls but he wanted to do the entire basement.

They were very friendly and on time. They got the job done exactly the way they said. I highly recommend them. I can't find a fault with what they did.

It went as advertised. I had a coupon. He was very neat polite and punctual. His attitude was good with no up charge.

You come and learned things as you go with stuffs you're not familiar with.

The service was phenomenal. We didn't pay any additional amount. That was the first time that we used them.

Jeremy Custeau was great it's just that the total cost of the service was way more than I had expected. I thought I could just have a small area of my foundation repaired, but the whole foundation needed to be done.

The crew showed up on time, did an inspection of the foundation, and reported that the crack I was concerned with was just superficial, and did not need to be fixed. They found, though, that the basement was inadequately waterproofed, with mold growing in the walls. They recommended an appropriate treatment, which we will have done in the near future.

Overall it was exactly what I expected. Jeremy provided a thorough review of the foundation of my house. He explained things clearly and helped me understand the foundation of my home. He also reviewed my entire house and gave suggestions for future repairs.

No work was done. I had to insert a date in order to complete this form. No work was done. I have not met this provider.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out great. We had more cracks than we paid for in the Big Deal so there was an extra charge of about $400. It was hard to get an appointment with them, but once they came the work was good. They showed up when they say they would.

First this is a long story. Picture it, Sicily 1929 a young (wait that is Sophia from the Golden Girls). I met up with these guys a few years aso. The person who was 1/2 owner of the condo didn't care about water in the basement and wouldn't sign off. Fast forward new owners and me giving this guy a whirl on a special deal. They assessed the situation, helped me get in touch with a fantastic plumber to move my oil tank. They got to work and were done in no time. The insane warranty is great. The smell dissipated in about a day. They are great.

It went fantastically well! The process takes several days as materials need to dry during various phases. The results are amazing, though. My basement was drafty and dusty due to the old mortar and many gaps in the foundation. Jeremy and his crew did a wonderful job of re-pointing and sealing the foundation. The re-pointing process is first pressure washing the walls to get rid of the old, dry mortar. Next, new mortar is applied to fill in all the gaps, etc and allowed to dry. Finally, another layer of mortar material is applied on the outside to completely seal the walls. Thus no more water, critters or drafts coming through the foundation! We also got the basement floor sealed. First, the floor is acid washed to clean it and 'open' up the concrete so the floor material will bond best with it. Second, any cracks are patched and finally the waterproof material is laid down. It takes a couple of days to dry and then bingo! the floor is now waterproof. We are very happy with the job done and couldn't be happier with our "new" basement. It is nice to not have to worry about water and mold anymore. Also, we have forced hot air heating and thus the air intake is in the basement. With the basement now sealed and mold free; we expect to not have as many colds this winter. :)

On the day of the repair, the two workers arrived on schedule and were professional. I had been estimated around $400 over the phone sight unseen as I had described it as a narrow crack, which is what it looked like on the exterior. It turns out after pulling a section of the interior drywall that the crack was much wider, longer, and penetrated completely through from the exterior to the interior on a diagonal path. So we agreed on $600. They came equipped to work that day, and they sealed the crack completely in about an hour or less. I scheduled their service several weeks ago and was just waiting to see how the repair held up before writing the review. It looks great and there's no water leakage or anything like that after a couple heavy rains.

I would this provider in the future.

I asked to have my basement waterproofed due to flooding. After quoting a price of $5800.00 he asked for a deposit. I asked for his credentials, license, insurance, etc. and he never responded to my request. I would ask for more specifics about the process of waterproofing the basement and he would send me to the website. There he list 3 or 4 things in very vague terms. I wrote him several times and it would take him more than a week to respond. My last email to him was in June of 2013 asking again for his credentials. It is now September 2013 and I have not heard from him. He was quick to contact me and ask me for a 20% deposit. He was obviously only interested in selling his product. I have since then done some further research and discerned that his process would have been a waste of money. When I asked about attacking the problem from the exterior he was insistent that that approach was not necessary. The work on the exterior was indeed the correct approach and I am no longer have several inches of water flooding my basement. I have since that time found someone else to do the finishing of the interior walls and floor.

These guys were great. They took the time to explain their process in detail to me, pointing out the benefits over other methods. They showed up on time and did a great job.

I hired the wrong person for the wrong job. I have other reasons than my foundation why my basement is leaking. There were a couple of really useful recommendations that were given, but they couldn't really help me because they don't perform the services that I need. Really nice, easy to contact and showed up on time.

I haven't had the work done yet but plan to do so within the next two months. Jeremy offered me a discount if I was able to pay cash..

It went well for the most part. The job looked very good and professional when it was completed. Unfortunately the existing vapor barrier was damaged during the work, and I was worried that the company that installed it would void the lifetime warranty. I held back the 25% of the funds until the warranty issue was worked out. This made the Jeremy very upset and at first he refused to complete the work. After some negotiation, he completed the work and I paid him once the other company confirmed that the warranty would not be voided. Other than this hiccup, the work was very good, and I'm happy with the result.
