This customer purchased a coupon, he called us and explained his issue. He described the coupon as a foundation crack repair coupon. Ok, so I asked is the crack exposed he said NO. There is a sheetrock wall covering the foundation. I explained he would have to open up the wall to locate the crack. CRACK NOT NOTICEABLE FROM OUTSIDE. He asked if we can provide that service,I said yes but I would have to charge extra. He didn't like that idea. He said he get back to me. Several months later I get an email from Angies list regarding this customers review. Claiming we did nothing. So I look at his Information He didn't buy a crack repair coupon, he bought a foundation inspection. So I called him up and explained the coupon he bought. He was happy to schedule an appointment for the inspection. We arrived on time and provided the inspection, Hi first issues , the area where he thought a crack was. The only issue he had was this one are where water was coming in. Ok so , you need to open the wall and see whats going on,several months later you would thought he did this. Nope. a few weeks later he did it and sent me pictures asking my advice. He didn't have a crack in the wall there was a hole where the old exhaust pipe was going into the chimney from the old heating system. When the previous owners finished the basement they moved the heating system but never sealed up the holes in the foundation. I provided him with a quote to fix the issues but wasn't interested. If you're going to buy a coupon Know what you're buying, if calling call for some advice, take the advice and do something. Don't get frustrated and mad at the person trying to hep you. Thank You

We arrived at this customers house on time, when the customer showed me the cracking the corner of his foundation I told him right away it would be an additional cost. The coupon He purchased was good for one crack, when looking at the crack it had 3 additional repair attempts by the 1st company he hired will no success of stopping the water. The repairs were so bad they actually cracked the foundation several more times, not to mention all the drill holes,removal of the metal ports etc etc. so now we were faced with actually 3 cracks and 20 or so quarter size holes to plug up. Keep in mind his coupon was only good for one crack. I offered him the discounted rate of the coupon to fix the additional crack but he declined. at the end of all this I felt we offered him 100% promped, professional, service at a fair price. I guess he felt different.

Very quick and efficient.
Description of Work: Done Right called me during the week to let me know they would like to come on Saturday. We agreed they would come Saturday, after Thanksgiving, between 10 and 2. They arrived by 11 AM. They repaired 3 foundation cracks. I had pre-purchased 2 through Angies and paid extra for the 3rd repair (materials and labor). The repairs were done quickly and look good. They also had to move a bit of stuff out of the way to make the repair and they handled that without an issue. At the end, they cleaned everything up nicely. Overall I would have to say that I am very pleased and would definitely consider using them again or recommending them.
