+ -1 moreGood so far! We also had a wonderful time at the start of the project selecting all the cabinets. Rick was very attentive in working out all the different upgrades and explaining things to us. The showroom was expansive and we felt welcome to take our time and ask questions etc. All of the specific custom upgrades arrived as ordered.
Description of Work: I had client who bought into a project of which the developer had used detail working to build and design the cabinetry. The cabinetry was beautiful, the installation (done by another contractor) was not great. There was one particular area that was done very poorly. When pointed out, the developer covered it with a piece of trim work. The trim piece didn't match the cabinet style and the clients were quite sad. I later decided to reach out to Rick in attempt to purchase a new panel board, cut custom to sit flush to the space as a gift for the clients. Rick refused to let me pay for it and said it would be his pleasure to replace it for me. I emailed him at 9:30pm. He responded to me within an hour.

+ -1 moreRick is the owner. He is simply amazing. He communicated with me throughout the entire process to make certain of my satisfaction. He provided me a computer layout so I knew exactly how it would look. He was very flexible in making changes. The project was completed in the time-line set. I would definitely recommend the company.
Description of Work: I had custom cabinetry for my medium sized kitchen and bar area. The company used Cherry and Maple woods. They installed the bar area but a construction company installed the kitchen cabinets.
